Affordable Auto = IMMENSELY SHADY (overpricing vehicle’s & not disclosing certain things such as “ 21-point inspections, submitting requests, etc.”), Affordable Auto = INAPPROPRIATE (yelling at a woman & verbally abusive), & UNPROFESSIONAL (refusing customer phone calls & yelling like a child throwing a tantrum) & hanging up on you! TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC! Management obviously condones this behavior & treatment of customer(s)! READ EVERY WORD OF YOUR CONTRACT! They use “black book” to check the vehicle value & then they overprice it. YOU SHOULD CHECK the J.D. Power value of the vehicle before you negotiate with them. I did not know this & mistakenly trusted them. I did not check the J.D. Power value & I later learned that the vehicle I bought was overpriced $2,000+ what it is worth which my Federal Credit Union confirmed & described as NEGATIVE EQUITY. This could have hindered my refinance, but it did not because of my impeccable credibility with my Federal Credit Union. ALSO, NO ONE IS TAKING MY PHONE CALLS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I DID RECEIVE a phone call (3-5-24) @ 9:23 a.m. from Leonard in reference to my google review that I left (3-4-24), he yelled at me about this review, tried to scare me, & hung up on me before I could even ask him about the questions I needed answered in the email I sent him after this phone call. I called back TWICE & I was DELIBERATELY sent straight to the voicemail. CONVENIENTLY the voicemail is full, so I decided to wait an hour before I called back because I did not want to “blow up their phone.” So, @ 12:29 p.m. on 3-5-24 & I was able to get in touch with Affordable Auto & a sweet older lady answered & put me on speaker. I asked for Leonard & she said “oh, he stepped out,” all the while Leonard was in the background listening like a high school teenager on a 3-way call. When I was explaining to the lady that I sent my unanswered questions for Leonard in an email to him, Leonard interrupted me & yelled at me AGAIN about the “shady” google review. He proceeded to DELIBERATELY cut me off & yelled that this is the last call he will be taking & hung up on me again. UNPROFESSIONAL! However; they do in fact report to TransUnion, but Leonard NEVER informed me that “upon request they can submit your payment request to Experian & Equifax.” So, yes I never submitted the request because I never knew about it. This information definitely was not in my contract either. I would have read it, submitted the request & stayed on top of it until I saw it being reported on Equifax/Experian. Affordable Auto = SHADY, VERBALLY ABUSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & RUDE! It is sad that this is what the world is coming to.

Be careful with this dealer. I don't recommend it to the baddest person in the world. They offer you a contract and make you sign, but when you're already involved, they leave you with a different value than the one they made you sign, three or four times higher. They are racist, bad people, they treat you with kindness while you enter their dealership and you go into debt when you are already inside, they don't care, but your own money and for whatever reason they pay for your car. They don't respond to you, they threaten to sue you and they promise you a free oil change but you end up paying 3 times more than the normal value. please don't go here. you will regret. just check the previous comments. The good comments are from their friends and from people who give their opinion about the attention on the first day. You will regret.! I lost more than 14 thousand dollars in this place and they only called the insurance to invent lies to steal even more from me.

Horrible place to buy a car they put the car I had on the lot after just clearing the lights on it was very raggedy and in no shape to buy at all it stayed in the shop and then the old finance manager was having me to send my payment to him through cashapp since it was during Covid and wasn’t applying my payment and keeping it for himself smh I think they are under new management though but I doubt if I would be able to try them again all because of the old manager smh
