They called friday saying they would deliver monday morning between 9am - 11am. They called at 9:40 telling me it wouldn't be arriving until towards the end of the day. This is after my product had been picked up from the supplier a week previously. Who knows what will be missing sitting in someone's warehouse for over a week. The worst thing is the distance for shipping was under 30 miles... In addition, the cost was outrageous. I will never use this company again or buy from a supplier who uses them.

I ordered a large palletized item from a guy in Missouri. My package was delivered with Great care. Chris Hatcher (the driver/deliverer) was professional , very careful with my order and personable. He even helped me get the package into my backyard. Thanks, Chris for your help!

worst people i ever worked !! you do the job as required and they don't pay detention even for 8 hours waiting and after you ask them again for driver detention they report you lol ! cant believe how unfair people they are ! this is the second time they do this, first time with them , after they sell me a load i sent the driver at PU they said me costumers cancel the load but my driver meet the other driver at PU they sell him the same load for 50$ less ! doing this all the time sell a load after they put that load on bid

My mother had flooring delivered the driver Christopher Hatcher was one of the nicest people I believe I have ever met. He went out of his way to help my 67-year-old mother and myself even though he was not obligated to. The company is so rude first of all they will not give the drivers the peoples phone numbers to let them know if they are running late and the company does not reach out and let the customers know that the poor driver is lost in the middle of nowhere and will get there late. They have no regard or support there drivers. When the driver called his dispatcher she was extremely rude and said basically we should just refuse to load because through no fault of his he was 45 minutes later then the between 10 and 2 timeframe they gave us. Because of this and getting no actual notice from his dispatcher or his company that he would be late we had no help to unload everything. They send this poor man out all by himself with heavy freight and nobody to help him which I think is disgraceful and disgusting on its own. This company did not care about the driver safety or customer satisfaction. I gave them the biggest thumbs down you can.

It is outrageous and funny that the owner has an excuse for every negative review! Terry grow up and accept negative feed back and take that as constructive criticism! Let us know what you will address! You can't have an excuse for everything. Like why my package sat at your warehouse for a week and the tracking was never updated. I got this info from the shipper! Then I had to call the terminal to find out who had my package. Guess what?? I got more bs excuses from Acme!Constructive criticism! Be honest, you can't have a legit excuse for everything!

On 1-17-19 at about 18:00 on I 80 in Wy. at mile marker 192 Leon Fowler ( plate # P754632) rolled back into my truck (about 20 feet) . When he walked back to my truck he said he didn't realize he was rolling backwards until he felt the thumb. I got all his truck and trailer info and he let me take a photo of his driver license. I called my Insurance company and gave them all the info at that time. The next morning I got a call from them and they told me the he is claiming that I rearended him. It's a bit strange that I got all his info but he never took any of mine, if I was the one who hit him he should have taken my name and other info. I just saw that this company has dash cams in all their trucks, take a look at his and you will see that he was rolling backwards. At the 192 mile marker it is a slight uphill grade.
