Horrible attitudes and straight rude!!! Don't expect customer service anymore and make sure you are checking out by 10:50 , "We are now closed", with 10-20 people waiting in line for 2 Self Check-out kiosk. Their level of pure laziness is why I absolutely despise going nowadays.

Arrived at 0700 for service center. No one showed up till 0719 hrs. Checked in by 0725. Only getting a oil change and 4 tire rotation. Didn't get my vehicle in till 0835. Keep in mind there was only one person in front of me who had a 0700 appointment. Because they were late getting started/opened the 0800 appointment showed up and I got pushed back/out of rotation. 0920 before my vehicle was completed. Absolutely ridiculous how slow and inefficient this service center is. Sorely disappointed and will not be bringing my vehicle here again. There is nothing quick or impressive about the work ethic and dedication to customer service. Customer Service is a lost art form...

crowded today holiday July 4 self check out line long, but this is a fantastic employee, friendly and courteous. He moved the line quickly and swiftly. Great job multitasking

The tire service is absolutely ridiculous. I bought a tire on Walmart. Com and delivered it to this store. Set up an appointment time. Brought the wheel to the service center 15 minutes early and they canceled my appointment and said that only for cars. All they had to do was dismount a tire and mount another. I waited from 1:45 to 3:35. Almost 2 hours for 1 tire. They claim the system overbooked the appointment times. But this isn't the first time. Previous visit was 2.5 hours for 2 tires installed on the car. Don't go here if you have something else to do that day.

Been in the auto area twice once to put on a tire and the 2nd was to exchange a battery. I had to wait 2hrs each time. Mind you it's a rim that need a tire put on. And an exchange battery since it was bought barely 2 month ago. I don't know what they are smoking there but I'll never use the auto department again. Just a horrible horrible experience. People move slower than snails. No sense of time whatsoever. Hopefully management are updated sooner than later.

Ordered and paid for 4 tires online including installation. They debited my account immediately. The appointment was for 11 a.m. I had to wait because there was no one in the service center. Then I was told they could see I ordered 4 tires but the system only had 1 on the order. Apparently it's been a problem so they had a "workaround"
3 hours later, the car was ready. ?
At checkout I was told I had to pay for installation again and they would help me call the home office to get it credited back. I said, "No, I've already paid you in full, just give me my keys please." I was told this was the only way. I again declined and asked for my keys. I said this is a "you problem, not a me problem." After a flurry of calls to their office and manager and another hour with no results, I called the police who came and made them to cough up my keys. The tires are great and the price was okay, but I'll take my business elsewhere.
Update: On Sunday, the charge disappeared from my account. It wasn't credited back, there was no evidence it had ever been made. I only noticed because my balance went up by over $1k. Then on Monday, the charge reappeared. Fortunately, we didn't dip back into the account and create an overdraft.
