I ordered things online and I don't know why they didn't arrive at my address and they sent me to this post office. I went to pick it up and they told me that they couldn't find it and that the supervisor had to go look for it and the supervisor never arrived, they wasted my time. and they still haven't given me my package, it's a shame of this Post Office in Greenwood SC

The man at the desk told me that that I would have to buy tape to close my box that I was going to ship and they have a new policy saying they cannot tape boxes for people which is literally the stupidest thing ever and terrible customer service, so I will not be back.

I’ve been looking for my order since DECEMBER and I still don’t have it. Supervisor claimed that my order had to go back to Virginia then back to greenwood but my tracking says that my order is returned. The man with the curly mustache is a liar too. Is there another mail service I could use for greenwood SC ?

I'm so upset literally in my truck in front of the post office sobbing. I made it 1 min after they shut the window. This woman blonde hair short heavy set was helping a customer when you hear her tell this man "you see you did it again no you have to change this" upset speaking. This Man was super nice to her even so. Then she tells me we're closed ma'am. I told her I have my pkgs they have labels all I need is tape please. Can you tape this for me. She said I will sell you some tape with an attitude. The man said me crying bcz I didn't have the money. He said give her the tape I will pay it for her. The lady looked frustrated. So here she obviously heard me say please ma'am I need my pkgs scanned in if not I loose my money. When man left she grabbed a cart closed everything up without my pkgs. I ring bell she says "We're closed" while laughing with other employees in the back. I tell her it's me she says go put it in the drop box. I'm so frustrated why do ya'll have people like this working for you? She was so rude & God knows what if she does something to my pkgs? Lord help me.

Government employees can’t or are either too lazy to properly deliver packages. Was told it was ready for pickup, I get there and it’s on some carriers route. Terrible service, 0 star if I could.

Just saw a Video of this Branch.They are the Most Ignorant bunch of Postal Employees in the USA and there are way too many POC Postal Workers as it is.The Acting Post Master or Supervisor Vanessa I think is her name should be FIRED for Closing The Post Office Down During Official Working Hours.Small Town Ignorance.

What’s the point of having a phone number if no one is ever going to answer. Must be nice to not have to answer the phone at work. I called yesterday multiple times and today multiple times….no answer. Who ever delivers my mail to my neighborhood from usps gave me the wrong parcel locker key, so I can’t even get my package. Worst customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Had a good experience with this location better then the other one. Although, i'd like to add, we shouldn't have had to get a PO box to be able to receive our mail.

My mail carrier continues to deliver my mail to the wrong address. When I go to the main office my situation never gets resolved. Even when I place a hold on my mail they manage to put my mail in with my neighbors.
