The worst post office I've ever had to deal with. The cove I live in has one big mail box at the front of the cove where everyone's mail gets delivered in boxes all together and this entire past week the mail truck just hasn't shown up. I've taken up the issue twice with the office but am told in a very rude and smart way "oh well sir you're not going to get mail everyday" even though I explain to them that the entire cove isn't receiving mail and even when I bring up the fact that like 40 houses aren't receiving their mail I'm just met with yet another rude and smart response "well sir LIKE I SAID BEFORE people aren't going to get mail everyday, thats just something you have to understand." Yea I guess an entire cove of 40 houses just up and don't get any bit of mail for an entire week, makes sense. Everyone I talk to there is the most rude person and they seriously need a shakeup or someone to fix things there. Terrible service and customer support.

Well surprise surprise after making that complaint and getting mouthed off to by the postal worker saturday, the mail truck actually showed up Monday and to my surprise I had a big stack of mail (a weeks worth to be exact) that was waiting for me in my box. Yea "there's nothing wrong with the delivery truck sometimes you just don't get any mail" what a joke of a post office.

That's a -1 Star. I arrived here today at 4:05 pm. only to find the front counter/office closed for the day. I guess seeing as it's a Government owned and operated facility, they don't have to abide by the normal modern-day business standards that the rest of us have to.
Thanks for crushing the hopes and dreams of the little guys and gals out here. (Buy not being there to receive my packages and my money)
You need to go ahead and change your business hours that you have listed online to- "We don't know our working hours either, but you're more than welcome to risk a trip here to find out at anytime, anyday"... ??'s down and a (gas passing sound)

I ordered things online and I don't know why they didn't arrive at my address and they sent me to this post office. I went to pick it up and they told me that they couldn't find it and that the supervisor had to go look for it and the supervisor never arrived, they wasted my time. and they still haven't given me my package, it's a shame of this Post Office in Greenwood SC

The man at the desk told me that that I would have to buy tape to close my box that I was going to ship and they have a new policy saying they cannot tape boxes for people which is literally the stupidest thing ever and terrible customer service, so I will not be back.

I’ve been looking for my order since DECEMBER and I still don’t have it. Supervisor claimed that my order had to go back to Virginia then back to greenwood but my tracking says that my order is returned. The man with the curly mustache is a liar too. Is there another mail service I could use for greenwood SC ?

I'm so upset literally in my truck in front of the post office sobbing. I made it 1 min after they shut the window. This woman blonde hair short heavy set was helping a customer when you hear her tell this man "you see you did it again no you have to change this" upset speaking. This Man was super nice to her even so. Then she tells me we're closed ma'am. I told her I have my pkgs they have labels all I need is tape please. Can you tape this for me. She said I will sell you some tape with an attitude. The man said me crying bcz I didn't have the money. He said give her the tape I will pay it for her. The lady looked frustrated. So here she obviously heard me say please ma'am I need my pkgs scanned in if not I loose my money. When man left she grabbed a cart closed everything up without my pkgs. I ring bell she says "We're closed" while laughing with other employees in the back. I tell her it's me she says go put it in the drop box. I'm so frustrated why do ya'll have people like this working for you? She was so rude & God knows what if she does something to my pkgs? Lord help me.

Government employees can’t or are either too lazy to properly deliver packages. Was told it was ready for pickup, I get there and it’s on some carriers route. Terrible service, 0 star if I could.
