I basically thought I had a good experience when I went to buy a mattress. I was so excited because I had been saving for quite some time. I was shown 2 different mattresses. Because of my financial situation I chose the less expensive one. Now this part I will take the blame for. I was handed a tablet to sign my paperwork and I failed to read everything and I didn’t put my glasses on. It I was naive and believed I would be paying
What I was quoted. Well I was waaaaay wrong about that. When I checked my bank account this morning I had more take. Out than I was expecting and I have looked everywhere for my paperwork and haven’t found them yet so I called the company and was very polite and explained that I chose the lesser of the two. Before I could say anything else she says oh no ma’am you cannot return the mattress. Well I don’t want to return it. I wanted to know why it was higher and she got pretty defensive so I gave up trying to have a conversation and hung up. Well she calls me back maaad and said I threatened to slander them. I did not threaten anything. I just said I would write of my experience on Facebook. And now I have. Next rime I will make sure I have my glasses and. I read over everything. Not a good experience. And I take blame for my part in it. Ad experience. But I do like the mattress. Just wish I w a paying what I was quoted.

Customer service needs improvement big time, especially with those answering the phone. Not pleased at all and I was wanting to do was inquire about a bed frame.

I needed a better bed ,so went in to see what I liked and hunter help me and hubby, find the perfect one ,he was so nice and very patience with us ,he is a blessing to the store.thank you Hunter for your kindness.

Allison was phenomenal assisting us with the purchase of a sofa and chairs. The sofa we originally purchased wouldn’t fit through the doors of our home, as hard as their delivery team tried. Hunter even came and tried personally, in vain, unfortunately. Sadly, we had to return the sofa but Allison worked with us to select another. We fell in love with a sofa on the showroom floor but didn’t love the upholstery. Allison helped us select a special order upholstery for the new sofa and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We were very pleased with our experience and the quality of the pieces we selected. We hope to have the chance to work with Allison on our next purchase.

3 stars simply because I want to throw a rock through my tv every time their aggravating singing commercial comes on. I will never shop there simply based on their non stop ridiculously ear piercing commercials.

I give this place 5 stars, strictly because of how much they care about their customers. The best caring customer service I have seen for a mattress company. Martha Hall, tried and tried and tried to get me approved for lease to own. Come to find out it was because I had gone to several places prior first before them that disqualified me. And I didn't even know one place reported they approved me, even tho they told me they declined me. I'll post their review on their company.However, Martha was patient, helpful, and even called and did everything she could to get me financed. All I have to do is wait 72 hours and come back. I know I'll be approved then.And with their level of customer service, this is the place I will be coming back to! No matter the price! Customer service means that much to me. ???

My colleagues and I were passing through this furniture store when all of a sudden, a pack of wild ninja-wolf cross breeds cut us off just in front of the mattress section. Hunter immediately jumped into action and single handedly neutralized the threat without spilling a drop of blood on any furniture sets. Please acknowledge this amazing act of customer service as he also went above and beyond to offer me the best deals on a new bed set! Thank you and I hope to cross paths again Hunter! You’re the man!
