Seems like prices have risen but service has gone down hill. Vacuum barely was able to suck up crumbs. The vending machine is gone.

I am so tired of paying monthly and every time I go the vacuums don’t have any suction. They are always out of cleaner and towels. Tonight all they had was bottles of cleaner without the sprayer on them. It’s ridiculous.

Very disappointed in this car wash after coming here for five years no bottles have sprayers on them. No rags half the time the vacuum don’t work properly due to people vacuum up large items, I have asked for resolves against this, explain to the tent high and imported it is to keep the place clean the past management did a much better job. I don’t know what is happened. Also, the Windex water down they say that the customers are stealing the rags the squirt bottles, etc. little hard for me to understand or believe with this say, I choose not to be a customer of yours any longer I will be removing my Membership fees as of today

Two visits in a row and no towels to use either time.
Edit: now the tire shine part of the car wash doesn't work and the employees just blow you off about it. Canceling my membership and will join the new one in town instead.

When I first got the unlimited service, I was really happy with it. However, the last few times my car has not gotten really clean. Today the wash squirted and left some drippy white gunk on it without rinsing it off. I have cancelled my unlimited service.
However, the people who work there are good people. Always helpful

my experience here at sparkle car wash was HORRENDOUS!! The vacuums didn’t even work at all! There weren’t even enough spray bottles, the ones that were there were EMPTY. I have never ever had an experience this AWFUL in my life. ruined my whole day and time at work.

The staff were busy but when I needed something one young man noticed me looking around and he came across the parking lot to help me. There was an attendant at each station there to help.
