“I have no complaints… rather a suggestion… maybe I overlooked it but when returning an online purchase it would be nice to hv an exchange option. I had to return my shoe to reorder a bigger size. Only to find out, the shoe is now out of stock so I had to order from GOAT. I didn’t accumulate any points there. I would’ve rather had ordered from Hibbett. None the less, I found another shoe I like on Hibbett and still ended up ordering again.”
“They have a huge selection of tennis shoes, fashion boots, dress shoes, and sandals in middle of winter, not many real western boots for women. I did not look at men's that much but what I saw was good. K-Swiss, addedas, Nike. Sketches, Bob's, puma, ASICS, some other brands that were competitively priced with the Walmart down the road for budget shoppers too. Good prices all in all. Why wait for three day shipping? Go to the mall! The store was very clean and orderly.”
“HOKA was a particular brand of shoes I was looking for in town, with a wide toe box; Houser Shoes carried them. These shoes are recommended by my doctor. I chose the Clifton 9. They have a 5mm heel-to-toe drop and feel wonderful when taking a walk. BTW, I broke them in first before ever going outside. For 3-4 days I wore them inside walking all around our home. It is a good idea to do with any new shoes, to check the fit.”
“Customer service at Greenwood Rack Room Shoes was amazing! Made back to school Shopping a breeze. The store was very tidy and well stocked.I have twin 6 year olds that wear different size shoes and they were both able to find the shoes that they just had to have... And no problem finding the right size!! At that time it was Buy one get one 50% off and got an additional 20% off since it was my 3 time shopping there.We will definitely be visiting again.”
“The employees were super nice and quick to help. Easy to get and out. I love shopping here and the discounts I receive via text or by mail. I will def be back. This location also has a larger selection than the other one in greenwood. Typically I end up having to go to greenville. They have def bulked up on inventory at the one n the mall with better selections..”

“Greenwood is so fortunate to have such a nice shop! Ed and Kosavari (sp) were a huge help in outfitting my son for an upcoming wedding. They were able to measure him for the appropriate size and make suggestions that he was comfortable with. With an establishment like David Lindsey, why go out of town to shop! Shop local!!”
