This store has become an example of what not to do as a thrift store. Their general merchandise is overpriced. $50 for lamps.
$99 dish sets that sell for $80 online. Items sit on the shelves for months without being marked down. Today, May 10, I found items in the store from February. It might look like they have more stuff than usual. It's because they are keeping it. They openly look things up on eBay and charge resale prices for things they don't pay for. I have tried multiple times to contact their corporate office to bring these things to their attention, but nothing ever happens. It has become a laughing stock amongst thrift store regulars. I used to spend $40-$50 a week in this store. I haven't spent that much this year. Save your time. Go to Faith Home or Goodwill. Yes, Goodwill has better prices.

The manager with the accent is a royal pain in the you know what! she acts like she owns the place and everyone in the store. I feel sorry for the employees that I have witnessed be bullied by her.

Very rude staff, not like it used to be at all. I would have given zero stars if I could. One of the cashiers was very rude told me that if the thing didn’t have the right sticker it couldn’t be purchased because of that Called to speak to someone about the issue they were rude as well. What was started to be a Friendly Atmosphere has now become very un friendly. I Won’t go back here!

Going here is a real hit or miss. I usually find great stuff here but there is this one member of the staff that is always rude to me. If she is the only one there I will turn around and leave. Most of time, however, I just wait around for another member of the staff to step up to the register. Wanda is fave person to talk to there and is always kind and helpful.

To the testers.... Insurance is of no use to them...
In addition, there are 4 fitting rooms... and only 2 are unoccupied and the insurance doesn't work for those two.
Therefore anyone can open the door for you.
The two that are not taken care of... They use them as a warehouse.

I wanted to buy something for my church but it didn't have a price on it. The young lady told me that she had to take it back so it can be priced and said they will put it back out tomorrow. That didn't even make sense to me.

I love shopping here because of the variety and low prices! The customer service is super friendly like Lisa and Wanda! I buy toys, old items, work t-shirts for my son, house decor, etc.
