Big thanks to Tyler and the other service technicians! I was on a 2 hour long drive and encountered some severe trouble with my car. I called shops around Greenwood and they were the only one who answered the phone. Told me I could bring it in and they got me in and out in under 30 minutes! Super professional, 11/10 service. Would trust them with anything car-related.

I was in Saturday for my first service. I am very happy with Ballentine Lincoln. I drove 96 miles for my oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend Ballentine. Honest. Friendly. Excellent customer service.

Called to get a price on tires since I’ve never been to Quick Lane @ Ballentine Ford. As they were talking I found out the QL services Chevrolet and other models too. They price matched tires from someone else I had shopped with (I won’t say who), but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t even have to ask first, which can be intimidating. It was much easier and done by longtime professionals. The QL is attached to the Ford location here, but they treat everyone as a valuable customer no matter what I was driving. Pretty cool.
