Poor service. You could stand there for a week and no one would ask if they could help you. Need to have transmission fluid and filter change. No one would call back or pick up the phone. Lousy service and professionalism.

This is the third behicle my wife and I have bought from Quality. Bently our salesman and the sales manager were very helpful. We all carried on conversations as if we were best friends. I didnt feel pressured. I have always felt that we have gotten the best deals on all our purchases

Worst experience ever not their shop but their dealership. Spent all afternoon being lied to saying we have you approved for this car only to come right back minutes later saying oh the bank jerked it up 6,000 more. We can definitely get you in this car with your trade in, mind you a nice well kept SUV nothing wrong with it... comes in the room this is what your car payment will be blahblah walks out to get the final paperwork literally comes back ummm the bank pulled back 500 on this car we can't do it with just a trade in!! Never will I deal with these jokers again!!

Second time shopping with Quality and using the same salesperson, Kayla. Kayla is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s very attentive to my needs, wants and my budget. She works hard to get you the best deals possible and makes sure the transaction goes smoothly. The two finance managers that I’ve worked with, Mike B at Kia and Mike Bell at the new lot are great. They make the experience quick, and have no issue making sure you understand your warranty options. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the boy that detailed my new Jeep didn’t do the best job…Honestly, I could’ve done better myself. But everyone’s gotta start somewhere! The service advisor, Mo was great as well, he kept us entertained while waiting on my Jeep. I definitely recommend Quality to any and everyone looking to get their dream car and have their expectations met!!
