The salesman that helped us was amazing. He was stuck on how to process a warranty return with the purchase of a new mattress. He figured it out and we were good to go. Excellent customer service.

I do not recommend letting Taylor help you with a purchase as she is very misleading about what can be returned and what can not. I spent $5600 on a bed I hate and now I’m stuck with it….

I was shown what I said I was interested in, I asked a few questions then asked about delivery, after that was worked out I paid for it. I was very pleased about the delivery day, I purchased the adjustable base on Monday, Thursday I got delivery of the new adjustable base.
