I can honestly say Larry, the service manager, and Habiere, his lead technitian are the best I've dealt with in over 30 years owning RVs.
They truly care about customer service and fixing things right the first time. I highly recommend them.

I have used Masters for my Sprinter van RV repairs. The customer service is outstanding and the technician is top-notch. I've had a new toilet installed, propane valves replaced and a new air conditioner cover installed and more. This is the best RV service experience I've had across the country.

They repaired ELGUR, drove it for a month, shut it down, they say water got in the first time, water, the second time, water drove, there was no rain, and the answer is not recommended. They have been repairing it for three months, and the result is the same.
