Informed Lowe's clerk of military status, she asked to see my military ID, I showed it, and she promptly rang me without the military discount. I was told I would have to go to Customer Service for the refund.
I waited in line 12 minutes, after sharing my problem, "Gina" told me she would take care of me when a specific terminal was free, it took minutes for that terminal to open up, when it opened Gina went back to the line to assist others, I waved at her to remind her of my problem, after another 5+ minutes Gina told me I would have to return my 18 bags of mulch and repurchase to get my Military discount.
My last trip to Lowe's.

Great customer service in the garden center except for 1 very rude man working back there today on mother's day the rest of the worker's back there were very helpful and friendly. Overall My visit to Lowe's was as usual,a pretty awesome experience.

I don't know why they don't keep appliances stocked in the store.Had to go 2 days without a refrigerator.One of the worst stores there is.We're just gonna cut our Lowes card up.Ridiculous!

Went there for plants for the garden. Plenty of choices,but still a bit pricey. Stick to a budget!

We made purchases in the garden center. The young lady at the cash register did not ask about a military discount. We inquired about the discount. She told us the sale was final and she could not correct it. We went to the service desk and talked to Jocelyn. She was courteous, listened, and immediately solved the problem. Jocelyn is a great example of good customer service. We give her 5+ gold stars.
