It's pizza and it's never ready on time. Have tried to make multiple online orders and they are regularly 20 minutes late. Like if you're slogan is "hot and ready" maybe you should do that.

I usually buy a pizza once a week from this location. So I placed an online order at 7pm tonight and my email stated that it would be ready between 7:20-7:36 pm. I came around 7:30 and was told at first that my order wasn’t ready. No problem right? so I pulled and waited another 20 minutes and pulled back to the drive thru and was told from a worker that he didn’t know where my order was. I thought the purpose for ordering online was to avoid the waiting time? If I knew that I would’ve had to go through that I could have easily ordered at the window. I went inside and got a refund and placed another order at the other location. The drive it took me from this location to the other my food was ready lol! This location won't be getting my money they generally get every week anymore!

So much for hot and now. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. Late to my meeting. If I am going to wait 20 minutes for a pizza I will go to Domino's or Marco's.

Very busy evening but got food nice and hot. I still have to remember the restaurant's new location, but it's for the better. The new Little Caesar's in Greenwood now has an accessible drive thru instead of the cramped strip mall it shared with Jersey Mike's and the Chinese food place. Their Extra Most Bestest pizza is my favorite, and their Calzonie is everything as advertised. They give you vibrating timers to alert you when your order is ready. So, of you can wait, it's worth it. Little Caesar's pizzas are highly affordable based on price and what they offer and serve you. I would put them up against anyone....Parking: Handicap parking is also available at this location.Kid-friendliness: Little Caesar's pizzas are highly affordable allowing the customer to load up on pies and bread sticks without crippling your wallet. Lunch specials are available and will fill you up as an adult or your children.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat sidewalks, smooth ramp and parking are all accessible by the entrance door.

"Hot-n-ready" must mean Eventually hot and ready in 45 minutes now days. Was told a couple cheese pizzas would be ready in a few minutes. That turned into 45 minutes. I love spending my little amount of time after work waiting for Hot-n-not ready pizza...

They accidentally burnt my pizza a little before I arrived. When I showed up at the drive through, they explained what happened and told me they were making a new one.As an apology for making me wait, they gave me a few freebies.10/10 handling of the situation.

Although the pizza was amazing, it irritated me that while spending almost $35, they wanted to charge $. 87 for a tiny garlic & butter sauce. I can see that for extras, but at least one should come with each large pizza. This is the only location I've ever had this experience with, so there is that.
