My wife and I recently purchased a new Silverado 1500 in May 2024. I must say we were impressed with the amount of time it took to seal the deal. From the moment we arrived to the time we left was around 2-1/2 hours and we even traded in our Traverse. Everyone one was very professional, courteous and just nice. I would like to offer a special thanks to our Sales person Austin L. Thanks for making it a great experience.

I visited Legacy Chevrolet to have work on my vehicle
I was not in the market to purchase, only repairs.
This repair turned out bad for us as the vehicle was not going to be reliable because of the age of the vehicle. While looking over their inventory, we were approached by salesman Austin Long. Very polite and pleasant young man asked if he could assist. I explained I was not wanting to purchase anything, my budget would be too low.
He was not pushy and simply asked if we would like to try one out.
We did drive a nice vehicle, out of our budget he recommended another vehicle
2025 Chevy Trax, after the test drive we were sold but we had the issue with a broke down car.
He worked out a great trade deal and a price we could live with .
He was upfront with everything and went out of his way to make the sale that met our needs

I recently purchased a 2024 Silverado from Legacy. I had been thinking of buying a new truck for a while but hadn’t really gotten serious until my salesperson, Macie Puckett, reached out to see if I was still interested in getting a new Silverado. I stopped by to see what they had available and found Macie to be extremely helpful in getting me into my new High Country. Service department is horrible. My car still is not repaired and they had it for 10 months. I have heard every excuse from the service manager, James.
I'd take my car anywhere but here for repair.
