I can't say enough about how incredible the employees are at this store. During the aftermath of Hurricane Helene throughout the southeastern part of the US, many in the upstate were left without power. Regardless of that, this store made sure to take care of their community by ensuring that many people could get a generator that needed one. Without any power at the store, the employees stayed up all night organized names and phone numbers and were on top of making sure that everyone on the list was called in a very timely manner. The pickup was also seamless. Truly amazing store who cares about their community!! Thank y'all!!

Had shopped online for a replacement Craftsman Shop Vac hose. These folks had one in stock so I decided to drive the 40 miles to get it. From the time I walked into this store I felt welcome and appreciated. The whole staff I encountered was just super nice. I found the hose and had to just spend some time checking out the rest of the store. I enjoy hardware stores and justscopingout all the hardware and tools. This store has to be the most well organized , wellstocked hardware store I've been in in a long time. It was a breath of fresh air over the big box stores for sure. Hats of the owner and staff. Great place.

I visited your location yesterday and had many questions and needed assistance locating the items needed. Tammy went above and beyond and took care of all my needs. It was pouring rain outside, your manager had two young men help load the items in my vehicle. I tried to tell them no because I did not want them to get wet but they insisted! I felt completely engulfed with care! I cannot think of a single shopping experience that tops the customer service I experienced at your Greenwood, SC location! Thank you.

I called before I went to purchase a pressure washer and spoke with a nice guy. However, I could barely walk 10 feet into the store before a grey and red hair elderly lady shouts in my ear 'can I help you?' The greeting was so aggressive and loud that I stopped. I told her i'm their for the soap sprayer container, then she says they only fit a certain brand. In my discretion, I already know im purchasing a pressure washer but she starts rambling and yelling instantly ' we don't sell the containers at all and let me explain to you what pressure washing is' Then she rudely yells at her co-workers to go show me where the pressure washer is but she yelled at first that she was trying to help me. She made a big scene in the store in front of other customers that were just trying to checkout. It been three days since 2/3/2023 2pm and I still have to go get a pressure washer from somewhere else because I don't trust the ace store in my area due to her services. I did buy a broom since it was cheap just like the service I got. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bereau.

Extremely rude terrible customer service by the owner wouldn’t recommend going to this ACE for anything!!! Will drive right past it go out my way 20 min to get my supplies else where

I was looking for an ffl dealer and they popped up. I called having a few questions about transfer fees, holding fees, and if I could possibly fill out some of the required paperwork prior to it being submitted when the firearm arrived. I was then very rudely informed this is nonsensical and smooth brained suggesting; and then after attempting to defend myself and telling her I would be taking my business elsewhere, she cut me off said thanks for wasting her time and hung up on me. I understand this is my first time purchasing a firearm on the web and some of the questions I asked we’re probably d*** or beneath her superior intelligence; But still why was she so rude right form the beginning. Also I will never spend money here ever again sorry.
