Austin was super easy and very knowledgeable to work with. The reason for a 4 star rating versus a 5 star, I didn't get what I hoped for on my trade in. Otherwise, everything else is 5 star! Thanks to all who worked with me!

Service done quickly. I'm always on a tight schedule so this was great for me.

Service did not know about my need for 4 new tires (that were ordered via the parts dept) even though I received email confirmation of the service request change. Had to wait 3 hours after I was notified the service was completed (oil change).I was surprised at the $250 mounting/alignment charge; no mention of this when I called to ask for the price of new tires.Overall, poor communication between parts and service and customer.

I just met Sarah Bratcher, Author of "Freed To Tell". God has His connections and He continues to amaze me. We will be volunteering with Leath Correctional Female Prison in Greenwood SC together! Chevrolet staff treated me so well and completed my oil change in no time. Austin Griffin my car guy always helps me out too! Amazing place. Lord continue to bless this place!

The service agent called me at 7:30 am to verify my service since I left my car overnight. I called back at 2:45pm to see if my car was ready since I had not heard from them. My car had not been touched. I was very upset especially since my car was there when they opened up. As it turned out, I had to leave my car overnight again to get the ozone service. I also don’t like the extra fee tacked on to cover incidentals. I paid a full hour for a diagnostic fee that should cover incidentals.

Spoke with Blake on the phone, and he was a pleasure to speak to. Professional, nice, and just really knows a lot about cars. Great communication and prompt service was offered and delivered. Highly recommend this dealership!

Worst communication and service imaginable. While my daughter was home from college for Thanksgiving we made an appointment and took her car to Legacy on Tuesday for a few issues. At that time we made it perfectly clear that we needed the car back at the very latest on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Lack of communication #1 - I never heard from Legacy about the status of the repair. So on Friday (let's call it Black Friday) I called and called the service number and spent much time on hold. Giving up on ever being able to speak to someone I finally left a number for them to call back. That didn't work any better. Finally late Friday after many more attempts at calling I was able to talk to someone in the service department. Basically they said that they had not even looked at the car at that point, but I was told the car would be ready on the next day (Saturday). They were supposed to call me back when the car was ready. Lack of Communication (LOC) #2 - Their website says they are open until 6pm on Saturday so I was giving them as long as I could stand not hearing anything from them. Again, I called, called, and called ad nauseam and the phone was never answered. So I had my daughter go by and see if she could find out anything about the car. It was at this point we found out the service department actually closes at 3 on Saturday. Finally I changed my tactic and instead of punching 2 for service I pressed 1 for sales. Remarkably the phone was answered. I spoke with James about the car but he told me the service departments closes at 3 on Saturday. At this point I am ranting but James did seem to care about the situation they put me in. He called people who already left for the day to find out something about the car. Basically this is when I learned that the car had never really been diagnosed. At this point I made arrangements for my daughter to get alternate transportation back to school. I was told they would call me on Monday with the status of the car. guess what? LOC#3 - I never got a call. But I did eventually get an email from them that had a list of recommended services needed for the car. Of the 7 recommendations I selected 4 things and sent it back to them because I was pretty sure calling them is useless. At that point, they said the car would be ready on Friday 12/1. During the repair they found another issue and guess what? THEY CALLED ME; I am sure it was to get permission to spend another $1000; which I agreed to do. Now the car should be ready to go on Monday 12/4. LOC#4 - Never got a call on Monday to tell me that the repairs were further delayed. Finally on Tuesday I got a call telling me the car was ready. So I went to Legacy to get the car. LOC #5 - I show up at the service desk and it was devoid of all humans. I saw some guy in his office shooting the breeze with someone. I am pretty sure we made eye contact but he never took it took it upon himself to come to the service desk to help me. So finally after waiting at the desk for a good ten minutes I went inside to a counter where there was a human person. I asked him if he could help but he couldn't, but he did offer to find someone in the service department. Finally someone showed up who could take my money and give me the keys to the car. At this point I was happy to pay my bill and be rid of this mess of a business and never go back. But alas, not exactly sure what happened but after I started the car. It was clear from the warning lights that some of my authorized (via their system) repairs were not performed. So I go back in and asked about the work not performed. He looked it up on the computer and determined that work I said to do, they just decided to ignore. Now it's Thursday and all the work has been performed and I have the car back in my possession. I have never so glad to be rid of a business in my life. Suffice to say I'll never go back to Legacy and hopefully I'll never own another GM product.

I was very pleased to learn and to have my truck maintenance (scheduled oil change) on Saturday morning. The dealership had an Open House event and we were able to look around and have lunch while I waited. I've always enjoyed the convenience of their availability. I have no regrets purchasing and servicing my Colorado here.

Purchased a used ram 2500 from Justin the finance manager and a guy named Ryan. Ryan was good. My issue is with Justin. He claimed it was mandatory to purchase a paint and key warranty for $600. No big deal I think. Keys break all the time. Well when the key does break you expect to be able to use that warranty. Nope. Not with legacy. Justin actually refuses to call back or to pick up the phone. I have called multiple times and left voicemails for him to call me back and yet nothing.I find legacy is a scam and the finance people inside of it. I would not recommend them to a single person and you will not get my business again.
