They ask for ID when purchasing cigarettes no matter your age because the register is set to where the cashier can't go any farther with your transaction without that information. It's a great way to stop illegal purchases. No matter your age you need ID to purchase cigarettes and that is a great way to.stop illegal purchases

Carding customers that are obviously old enough to smoke. Since March, this store has been my go-to for things that I need while I'm working. $600-$800 a month in transactions, no more. They've lost my business.

I contacted the DG located at 1418 S. Main St. Greenwood, SC at 1800 on Sunday 01 January to follow up on an online order I placed. The person that answered the phone stated that she did not know how to process online orders, which was okay. She stated that she would contact the manager and asked me to call back in thirty minutes. Needless to say, after three hours of calling, no answered the phone again that evening. I called back the next day and explained my concerns and my experience. No apology was issued for the person failing to answer the store's phone, my order was cancelled, and the family that I placed the order for went without their needs being met that evening. I am utterly disappointed with this DG.
