Had a wonderful experience here with my 3-year old son. We stopped here by chance to get a toy - he was very hyper and silly. Derek (forgive if I misspell) was absolutely great to us, offered him stickers and unlocked the restroom when my son kept exclaiming he needed to go to the bathroom, without me even having to ask. He signed me up for the CVS rewards and ultimately he made my son (and my) day. Found out he is a supervisor, but definitely thought he was a GM based on his exemplary customer service skills and kindness. People like this leave an impression on us for a long time. Thank you. Excellent products and excellent prices too.
You wouldn't have known this but it has been a rough time for us. So people like Derek from this CVS are a blessing without even knowing it. Thank you so much.

I have never had any issues with this particular store until today. I switched from Walgreens because of the rude costumer service only to experience the same thing today. I spoke with the pharmacy tech on duty about refilling my medicine she told me I couldn't get it till the 16th yet my box said it was filled 30 days ago tomorrow she told me she'd check security cameras to see when it was picked up last in such a rude manner and honestly treated me as if I was beneath her for the medicine I am needing. Looks as if it's time to move pharmacy's yet again I refuse to be discriminated against because of the type of medicine I have to take! Will add the name tomorrow after I contact a supervisor.

It is very sad that this is a field where attention to detail matters my daughter was recently diagnosed with asthma she already has allergies and was prescribed fluticasone propionate 50 mcg/actuation @ nasal spray Commonly known as: FLONASE she has been on this one for over a year now and just refilled it again October 5 she was just prescribed fluticasone propionate 110 mcg/actuation inhaler Commonly known as: FLOVENT HFA for her asthma and they are telling us and the doctors office that we picked it up at the beginning of the month but it wasn't prescribed until October 19 and I have called several times today in between working because the hold time is outrageous

One of the worst experiences I have ever had a child have the flu and strep throat. The prescription from 5 o’clock arrive a hour later only to find out that they did not have a prescription filled. Then they put me to another provider to pick up the prescription and then I wait 2 hour for them to fax the information. I will never use CVS.

Went to Doctors Care and had a couple of prescriptions that they sent to CVS. Thought I would call to check on the status and found that they couldn’t fill one of the prescriptions for TWO weeks. What a joke. I had to call around to find a real pharmacy. Thanks for Publix. Don’t ever do business with place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The store has not changed their website or voice mail about the hours they’re open. The website shows 8 pm and the voicemail says10 pm. I was not the only one showing up at 6:30 to get in. Who’s the manager of this place?????I live 20 minutes away, I’m not happy I have to go back tomorrow!!!!!
