You can definitely tell they're under different management. Holly Davenport was very professional verses this new management/trainer. I understand training new employees but you never make a customer feel uncomfortable while you training for shoplifters. You were talking very loud that I heard yourtraing protocol on spotting shoplifters them you had the audacity to approach me 3x There ways to be discreet but you were racial profiling.
