I rarely write a review that is negative but this really deserved the attention to help others avoid this nasty place. I have never in my life been so disappointed in such horrible customer service. I was on a road trip and had stopped at another carquest for a rotor and brake pads and further down the road when my father was fixing it finally when we met up, the rotor had been the wrong size so of course I went to the nearest carquest to return the unusable rotor, to my surprise, they refused to accept the return because it wasn’t their store. I called up the other store where I had purchased and they were surprised as well that they refused to accept my return and thankfully they assisted me over the phone to help with my return. I then went back inside to get the information of someone in charge and they said, oh, he’s in Mexico. Worst customer service ever….if I could give them a - score I would have. Thank god I have found great customer service in so many other stores. Avoid this store if you can.

I had a very bad experience with this store #14800 in South Carolina. I was ignored when I walked in and never offered any help finding what I was looking for and when I did ask for help they made me feel like I was bothering them. A female employee finally helped me find the tools I needed, but when I tried to pay for them the register gave an error message saying that my card was not recognized. I tried the card again and got the same error, I think she was rejecting my card intentionally because shes racist and discriminating against people of other skin color or how I looked. I have been using that same debit card at other stores and never had any problem. . They treated me like I was a criminal. The owner or manager did not step in and offer any kind of help he just charged at me like he was going to attack me when I realized what the cashier was doing and he was defending her. It was clear discrimination and denial of service at this store because of how I looked to them and I was judged from that and not my character.Everyone in that store was white and I am not that's why my debit card didn't work.

Not bad. Great prices. Got a SeaFoam injector cleaner and a 35 amp switch for not even $15. Lady was good, seems to know what she’s doing. May can me back if parts are needed.

I called to buy 2 spark plugs and Lonnie had them there by the end of the day and I didn't have to put a deposit or prepay for the parts .I will buy my parts from them he thanked me for my business. This is how a hometown business should be run and by the way they have better parts and prices than the other parts houses. Quality parts great service.
