98 Degrees, I got 5 kids, and can't come in with them and relieve myself and buy gas and water because these godless baby haters have banned large families from their store. Go back to where you came from !!!

Failure to put tags on the drink machine that are out. The vitamin water lemonade actually has something else connected to it. Failure to keep large gulp lids for customers such that I had to take a drink out of the convenient store without a lid.Substandard customer service as well.

This is probably among the most poorly managed 7-elevens in the country. I used to frequent this place, as it was near my employer, but stopped going regularly when I changed jobs. Back then, it was literally more often than not they were out of drink kids, cups, straws, etc. The staff was constantly changing because no matter who they got, he or she clearly didn't give a damn about customer service ... but they sure cared about the music playing on their phones constantly. Today I stopped for the first time in a while and there were different folks working the registers, but the same old problem. Out of drink lids and non-Super-length straws for the Big Gulps. What the Hell! Then, when another customer complained, the cashier responded like he was wrong for complaining. Aren't these fountain drinks the reason 50 percent of customer come into a 7-eleven in the first place? Anyway, just really disappointing to see a building that's only a few years old become a hub for lackluster job performance, effort and customer service.
