I am writing to share my truly exceptional experience at the Yankee Candle Store in Greenville, SC! Both the store associate, Brian, and the store manager, Beverly, were extremely helpful, professional, friendly, warm, and welcoming! I absolutely love this store and its outstanding selection.
Honestly, great customer service is such a lost art, and it was so refreshing to see it at this store! I came in thinking of purchasing one thing and left with something completely different that I love so much more. Brian and Beverly were so helpful and yet not pushy at all, which I truly appreciated. They made recommendations, and I absolutely love, love, love my purchase! I will definitely be returning to this store!
Yankee Candle is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff in this store. This store deserves 10 stars~!

I got a coupon in the mail for a candle for free at this store. I got a lovely blue one for my bathroom. I'm completely thrilled with the scent and the quality of the candle. Thank you Elda for being so kind to help me with my selection. I'll be back for my Christmas candles.?️?

Purchased candles from this location a few times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue. Selection is awesome, aroma is terrific! Highly recommend.

Every Yankee candle I have been to is the same, with the exception of this one. Yankee has a great quality product, though a bit on the expensive side. Only reason for 4 star over 5 is selection was lacking because of the holiday season and price. But I will choose this location over others because the employees here have always been kind, helpful, and outgoing. If you can get over the price, 100% recommend

I love this candle store!! The candles smell great. The costumer service is so good. The candles last so much longer than a bath and body works candle would.
