My friend had to last minute prom shop and the employees (Savannah, Jada, and Jennifer) here were so kind and helpful! They made sure she was happy with what she bought and even waited a bit after closing time to ensure she was satisfied.

Went by the store last night on a Friday and they were closed at 7pm. Something is off with that considering the hours were just updated. I like the clothes, but you need to be open when you say you’re open.

I can start off saying that I had to wait for an associate to finish talking to co-worker to get service. It was a hot minute, I went on my phone, and THEN she wanted to ring me up. She at least gave me a 10% discount, but that doesn’t change the fact that she left the security tag on my purchase too. Maybe that’s what’s causing the “crisis,” not taking the dang tags off causing the tag scanners to alert. Now here I am trying to take a tag off at home that could’ve been avoided if it was inspected properly.

By far my best experience shopping at a store inside the mall. The co-manager Savanna helped my niece find a dress and shoes for homecoming and she never once complained or gave up trying to help; and my niece wasn’t the easiest to please. Dress after dress and multiple pairs of heels and my niece left happy and smiling. Thank you!
