Coffee was delicious and Mary Jo was so sweet and helpful to make sure she got all our drinks exactly how we wanted them!

I love coffee shops and when I travel I love to go to local businesses. I was looking up coffee shops and found WFM Coffee Bar so we went. I had no idea it was in Whole Foods. Our barista was friendly and helpful and made us both White Chocolate Lattes which were perfect. Right temperature and sweetness and we had our choice of milks.

I got a latte with lavender and oat milk; it’s good but too sweet for me.

My first time trying WFM coffee. Delicious! Wonderful batista. Excellent customer service and way cheaper than other coffee spots.

After being misled by the title (it doesn't say you're about to go into WHOLE FOODS), I was the only customer in line. the only barista was on the phone, and put ME on hold for 2-3 minutes. Then, when she finally made my cold brew with a touch of sugar, I had to have her remake it, as it was a full cup of ice and about an ounce of coffee. She grumped through the process. I get to my car, and take a sip. HOLY HELL there is so much sugar in here. Like 5-6 revenge pumps of simple syrup because I interrupted her phone call. I'm not going back in there.

Apparently, you cannot return anything the next day WITH a receipt. This is ludicrous. In addition the high-quality items are disappearing. Go to Garners on Woodruff. Good food in Disappointed in this very poor treatment

Went in for a few items on Wednesday. An item I usually purchase was out of stock. I asked an employee about the item. I was treated like I was invisible. Asked to speak to the manager. Well, I thought the employee was rude, but Jennifer, supposedly the person over the whole store, was so hateful and disrespectful to me. Whoever put this woman in charge of everyone in that store is out of their mind. The way she talked to me, i can't imagine how she treats the people that work there. I used to shop there EVERY week. I will NOT be returning.

The Whole Foods on Woodruff Road is a very good market place especially when you can use your Amazon discount. It's the best Whole Foods I've been to in Florida and South Carolina. The staff is very good and amiable And they are not shy about opening up new registers when a large Cue forms. There's no self check out though which would also help as sometimes the customers and staff tend to chat more than other grocery stores for some reason, but that's not a bad thing. The hot food bar is very good as is the selection of natural products. My only complaint is that they were the last grocery store I go to that started selling eggnog. Publix beat them on that one!

This place needs a shake up. Was absolutely and unapologetically mistreated by staff and management. I wanted to call Jeff Bezos to complain but they didn't give me the number. So I left! In my mind, I say I'll never return. That'll show them! As will this post! But honestly, I will probably return since they are the only game in town. But I don't have to be happy about it!

The store is large and well organized. The layout is good so it makes it easy to navigate from one department to the next. If you're looking for a deal, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for high quality, fresh items, it is. I'm obsessed with their soaps and bath salts. We opted to come to Whole Foods for the hot bar for lunch. They have a good selection of items. They even have a vegan bar now! I was a little disappointed with my food--I had baked chicken, mac and cheese, and a veggie egg roll. I think I should've just opted for a sushi roll or something. I also grabbed a small container of grapes, which I loved. I have never been disappointed with any fruit I've gotten from a Whole Foods. The cashier was super friendly.

Whole Foods, now the land of Amazon. I really do like a lot of the products the store has to offer. They have a wide range of fresh product, seafood, high quality meats, an amazing selection of wine. I also enjoy their hot foods, cheese department, coffee bean selection, and fresh sushi. Over the past two years, this store has significantly dropped in quality and in customer service. A lot of the selections at the kitchen have changed, been removed or overall quality has decreased. This has also impacted the hot foods, salad bar, and prepared food sections. I have had discussions about this with the prior two managers and had some impact but then the manager would leave and it would go back to the same ole, same ole. Regarding the customer service issues, I will be honest. I believe that a lot of it is due to how the employees are treated and I can look past that. What I can't look past is quality and convenience being removed. A lot of these issues were prior to the Amazon takeover but still have not improved since. Do I still frequently shop there? Yes. Do I do the majority of my shopping elsewhere because of said issues? Yes. Whole Foods does have a lot to offer but sometimes it's just better to go where the quality and customer service is consistent.
