I tried to pay for my groceries 3 times my groceries were 144 and in total 432 was taken out of my account because the "machine "wasnt working now i have to wait days for my money back. I spent atleast an hour in there and came out the store embarrassed with nothing in my shopping cart The workers didnt help much but create a scene for everyone to look act cause they kept getting more workers who didnt know how to do their job. I couldnt even get a 10 dollar blanket for my 6 year old son. I only had my cards on me and not so much cash. I can assure you i had MORE than enough funds in my account

asked an employee in electronics to get some headphones out of locked case. He did not work in that dept and pointed out the gentleman who did (who had no Walmart vest on so you would not know to ask him for help). All we needed was for case to be unlocked but he could not/would not or even give the key to the other worker. We could not wait any longer. Generally very poor service. Self checkout...could not get the plastic bags open. Very dirty parking lot.

Troy in customer service was extremely kind and helpful! We needed to return something and the receipt was a bit messed up. He was able to help us and did what he needed to in order to help us. Thank you Troy

Dangerous parking lot with homeless harassing and threatening shoppers. Do not go here after dark especially. Even worse the staff is rude. Had a staff member member tell me an issue was not her problem and if I didn't like it I could call corporate. She also had her name badge turned around to avoid being reported. Asked her to fix it. She did. Then a few minutes later it was backed flipped around. Absolutely unacceptable. This store is the worst Walmart I have ever been to hands down. Shop elsewhere. So much for the customer service.

This has to be the worst Walmart. It's nasty and getting help in there is beyond ridiculous. I waited over an hour and had to get management paged over and over and over again just to get help in the baby section. I still didn't get anyone back there and I ended up going to the customer service desk and they pretty much was a waste of time too. So I left. I know people say this all the time but I mean it.. I will never step foot in that nasty Walmart again. Travelers Rest Walmart is right down the road and the employees there are beyond friendly and helpful.

Do not go to this crappy store!!! I waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me in furniture section and no one came!!! They just lost the $300 I was going to spend!! I will never give this trashy dirty Walmart my business ever again!!!!

This location was the dirtiest and under stocked Walmart I have ever been in. Lots of products missing prices, filthy floors, dirty bathrooms. This may be a lower income, blue collar area, but if I had anything to do with the store I would die from shame. Fortunately, I have reliable transportation, so I can (and will) go ANYWHERE else. It's depressing just to be in that store. Do better, Walmart. Your business has a boatload of money-do something!!!

I used to love using their pickup service. There was a time when you placed an order if items were out of stock they offered you replacements for them. I have it set in my account that I want replacements if something is out of stock. On my order today there were five items out of stock. I was offered a replacement for one of them and the rest were just listed as "unavailable." These are not difficult items to find replacements for. Certainly they have other bottles of mouthwash, women's deodorant, liquid laundry detergent and scrub sponges somewhere in that store. To make matters worse, I've tried calling a dozen times and no one- I mean no one- will bother picking up the phone in the "Pick Up Dept" or even the main number when you hit zero for an associate. Terrible customer service and instead of continuing to deal with it at the Whitehorse Road location, I'll drive out to woodruff Road or even Easley before I go through this again!

Another successful pick up at this Walmart Supercenter. I shopped on their grocery site last night, reserved my time for mid-morning today, paid via the stored account number. About 20 minutes before the reserved pick up time I received the text that my order was ready AND showed the distance,travel time, and expected arrival time based on when I responded to their notice. The "Pick up" area is well-marked with signage guiding you to the area. Once we arrived I notified, via the app which spot I was parked in and the color of my vehicle. Within 3 minute a polite young lady approached the car(she was masked as was I) verified my name, explained what had been substituted and if it was ok, loaded my trunk, thanked me and we were on our way. WALMART has this down to a science.

If you plan on cashing a check on Sunday you better do it before their arbitrary number of 6 pm. And on top o that they're rude and smug about it. Wouldn't recommend the service desk

Matthew in electronics is bar none the most superior employee ever. He listened well and then gave several suggestions. He even took time to accompany me to another department- the hardware section - to find/compare/select the best products for my needs. When I needed clarification, he explained in layman's terms. When we needed to know the best product for my needs, he researched it. He inquired diligently of my uses for the items to ensure I selected the correct items for my needs. Please make sure he is not only verbally recognized, but financially recognized as well for his outstanding service. He is a true asset for Walmart.

I am disabled and is currently recovering from a minor surgical procedure. A lot of times I have to depend on family members and friends when I need groceries or get a prescription filled. Sometimes I have to return an Item or get a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Today I had one of them problems. I've read the reviews about this Walmart, and they were mostly negative, especially concerning the customer service. However, I did not experience any negativity or problems when I called and spoke to the manager. His name was "Trey", and he was very professional, accommodating, and courteous. People have to understand that "you get as good as you give". I find that when you communicate wth them appropriately, instead of hollering, and being disrespectful, you get better results. They are employees, not the owners, and can't always solve some of your issues. Be fair and stop blaming the employees for things that are out of their control, (dirty bathrooms, long lines, security , store safety). And, believe or not, the managers have certain guidelines that they have to abide by, which can be very frustrating for the customers and the staff. The people that have the authority, and the ability to rectify these problems are sitting behind a desk in the corporate office. Customer service can be a very challenging job when you're dealing with hundreds of people a day. Having said that.........I appreciate you Mr Trey!!!

I read and saw the low rating for this Walmart. I know it's not in the best location, crime wise, only what "I've heard". I don't usually shop at this Walmart, but I did today because the Walmart in Easley is ALWAYS out of things I go there to shop for. My 3 stars is because they had every thing I was shopping for today, and I was in there and out of there really quick. Those things in my opinion was reason enough for the 3 stars!

Terrible. Pick up is worst choice ever. Wait behind customer service desk with lines 4 ever. They called me with out any verification or even stating whom they we they were than forced me 2 hold 3x when they called me to ask if i picked up a package then hung up 3x I called back in all day saturday and wadted my time. Then they marked I picked somthing up all I said was I ordered it and she then marked i picked it up. The cc is the worts idea ever all credits on hold hoursfor never issued and they either ran out of pre purchased gifts on way ti be delivered and damaged a gift on delivery and ofcoursethey were the only good deals I got which i can buy and now pay for shipping to have late at full price now and maxed out a card I never wanted for no creditsand alall drama. Pick any other place to shop for black friday. Wasted 4 work days on hold for nothing but a bigger bill missing credits and none of the merchandise was as advertised. Wrong items damaged utems and drama and you call like india for card help. Store has no clue what they aredoing in pock up what a mess. Regretting this most of all this year.
