I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and while we’ve had our occasional bad days (myself and them), we’ve always worked through it and they are extremely dependable. I appreciate how reliable they are and that they always get my prescriptions ready on time! From my experience, this location is far superior to many other locations in Greenville and they will continue to get my business!

Was in a rush tonight to pick something up so I didn’t get the chance to catch the cashiers name (they had a leg cast or brace on however and was working the night shift), but they were absolutely lovely and kind and gave me some great skincare tips. Thank you very much! And if any managers there see this, they were great!

Store is messy and under staffed. The pharmacy staff are the most rude and disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. They act like you are an idiot and inconvenience. I’ve been hung up on and disrespected. I’ve been over charged for my perceptions because they were too lazy to apply the GoodRx discounts and reprint labels. All around was a horrible experience.

My wife, (Dr. Constance Carver), and I, owned a thriving clinic here. At our ages, it became too much for us to handle. Connie is still the managing physician for a couple more years. We sold to an excellent corporation.All this? To let it be known that we know many pharmacies here, inside out. Overall, we continually enjoy the many benefits of shopping with you.Regarding our rating for our personal Wallgreens on the Parkway. There isn't a ten for us to offer. If so, we would.A huge factor other than great service, are your kind, committed, dedicated, (and usually smiling), PEOPLE. People who make us know they care.We'd recommend using the Parkway location to anyone. Keep up the great work!

I have been getting all of my prescriptions here for 10+ years. I had a prescription that had a limited timeframe for pickup and they simply just didn’t fill it. I called about it and was lied to, being told it was a glitch in the system. I called again after calling my doctor and was told that time that a ‘floater’ pharmacist didn’t do what they were supposed to do… but then the actual pharmacist was there the next 5 days and didn’t fill it either, as well as the technicians. It was marked as pending insurance in the Walgreens App and said if they needed anything they would contact me. Turns out that no one was following up on it and the prescription expired.Today, the prescription popped up again in the App and I called to see if I could cancel my appointment with my doctor to get another one written. The pharmacist told me that it wasn’t her fault it didn’t get filled and she “couldn’t keep talking to me over and over again” and that it was actually my fault it didn’t get filled because I didn’t call every day to check on it. This was the first time, to my knowledge, I’ve ever spoken to her. Also, it is very confusing to say you can’t speak to me but also telling me to call daily- I already have a job, and it’s not to follow up on other professionals to make sure they’re doing their job. She was incredibly rude and didn’t take ownership of her role as the pharmacist. Now I have to take time off work to go back to my doctor for another prescription, just a week later hoping my insurance will pay, pay my co-pay, the doctor fee, the nurse fee, and for the required testing- all on top of paying for the prescription they sat on until it timed out.

The pharmacist, Rachel, is an angel sent by God. Not in the cliche way, she went out of her way to help me and ensured I was ok. Rachel took time to hear my concern and without hesitation, found a solution. People like Rachel remind me of the goodness in this world! Thank you, Rachel.
