The store itself is wonderful. Half the time the pharmacy can be. I've been a customer mainly to the pharmacy for over 10 yrs now but I'm thinking of changing my meds to another. Past few months NEW pharmacy staff lies says your meds aren't ready when you've received text that they are, won't answer the phone, never has meds ready when they say they are, one of the pharmacist has a nasty attitude. I overheard her be incredibly condescending to a elderly person picking up their meds just as she was me that day. If you picking up narcotic meds, she treats you like a drug addict. Just a rude and hostile environment for people who need healing for their health SMH... If the manager doesn't return my call I'll be taking my biz elsewhere. No patients should be treated this way by a pharmacy staff period point blank.

Visited Walgreens location and received exceptional service from Kim who went above and beyond to help me choose balloons. Despite feeling down about my aunt's hospitalization, Kim's assistance brightened my day. Thank you for your outstanding help!

The pharmacy seldom has prescriptions ready when they say they will even when They say come back at a certain time in a few days and will have them ready. Very disappointing.

First- I only write reviews, when I really being mad about a business, as well as when someone is totally outstanding. And no- doing your job is not this category. I was yesterday- around 5.30 at Walgreens in Powdersville to pick up medicine for my wife. I arrived and there were 3 people in front of me- there were 2 ladies at the only open counter, a lady and a sir in line ahead of me. The guy at the counter seemed like someone who absolutely doesn't know, what he was doing. The 2 ladies had a long list of medications- and despite the fact that the line became much longer quick, he decided to fill the long list of order from the 2 ladies on the spot, instead of simply telling them to leave the prescription and pick it up tomorrow. There were 4 more employees behind the counter, which did not pay one bit of attention to the people waiting, while this guy struggled with everything he did- had to ask guessed 25 times the Pharmacist behind the window, sitting on the computer like nobody else is in the store- as well as 2 others hanging non stop on the phone- looking out of the window, watching the line getting longer and longer. After agonizing 15 minutes (doesn't sound long, but if you wait in line and nothing actually happens, it feels like eternity) finally one of the girls went on the neighboring counter and serviced the guy, second in line. the young guy still struggling with the 2 ladies- where I say- no- it was not their fault. Then finally, after 25 minutes!!!!! a blond lady came to the counter and serviced the woman in front of me, then me. Well, I couldn't help it and I was not friendly anymore- especially, after my wife gave them her card and they had all the data- now this woman tells me, the card is not valid- while I called my wife- which also extended my time and didn't make me less mad, she said- never mind- just put her phone number in the pad- WTF??? WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM??? I can say- I usually let the doctor call in the medicine to Publix Pharmacy- I never had such issues and even when it was busy, I never had to wait there longer than 10 minutes. The whole staff didn't feel like they need to be concerned with servicing the customers, one dummy (sorry- but that's how it looked) not knowing what to do set on the counter screwing everything up and the other don't care. Hell no. My advise to Walgreen's Pharmacy in Powdersville: Give Publix a call and ask them how they do it- you might learn something. No- this was not the first time- the whole pharmacy is managed very unprofessionally. Stretching people's time, who just want to pick up their medication on their way home at 6pm is not the way to make customers happy. I told my wife- no more Walgreen's Pharmacy- Publix it was, and will be- even though it's from us on the other side of town. I gladly drive the distance for not only good- but great service. Some might think I'm overreacting- but just think about it, what they do with YOUR time. And still getting paid. Rant over.

Drove across town to this Store because the ones near me were out of the specific product I wanted, natures bounty protein and vitamin shake mix in chocolate flavor. They had none on the shelf, and I stopped a young dark hard man who I believe was on his way to take his break. I asked him if he could please help me see if another store had an item. He was so friendly and polite, immediately said, "of course! Let me check if we have any in back first." When he could not find any, he called the store on While Horse Rd. for me, and waited ever so patiently for them to check their shelves. It took them over 20 minutes! Thankfully, they had two, and he had them hold them up front for me. I immediately drove to that store to purchase them. I believe his name is Louis and I must say he went the extra 10 miles for me without complaint, and kept a smile on the entire time! Thank you! It's rare to find such remarkable young salespeople nowadays! He is to be commended on a job well done!

Spent my morning doing coupons in the app, had my plan. Took my daughter, got it all rounded up…1) register died in front of me2) moved registers, while people messed with other register3) did my login for app again, guy double scanned items…then my coupon for Walgreen bucks and cashier (he, Indian descent) said couldn’t take the coupon and had to have it first to scan before adding items. I left it all, including coupon…waste my time, i waste back. Amazon subscribe and save folks…don’t waste your time with app, and incompetence. Manager right beside him…

Anna the pharmacist was amazing! Her along with the staff always make sure I get what I need. I recently moved to the area and had to switch pharmacies and they make me wish I would have been with them forever! My sister has been working for this company for 16 years and I’m glad she’s in good company with others that truly care! Thank you
