Going in to the store has never been an issue but trying to use the pharmacy is super frustrating. Today was second or third time I've gotten a notification that my rx was ready but when I go to pick it up DURING pharmacy open hours , there's a sign on the window says there's no pharmacist on duty so I'm unable to get my rx that I need to start ASAP.

If you stay in the front of this Walgreens you’ll have a pleasant experience. If you need something from the pharmacy, good luck. The people working in there are the rudest people I’ve ever met. The people in front saved this review from being a 1 star review. If you’re a manager, please monitor the camera at 2:19pm, and 3:30pm. I was inside in the first exchange and outside the window during the second one. Will be using CVS from now on which is less convenient but the customer service is superb.

This place is like any other typical walgreens. I will say though the cashier behind the counter was very polite very helpful and all around it was a good experience.

Two bad experiences here that will have proved to me to not use Walgreens as a pharmacy.1) Waited hours to get a prescription filled just to find out I would have to go to a neighboring pharmacy to get it. Very inconsiderate of my time with waiting for nothing.2) Separate occasion I made an appointment to get Covid/flu test and had to wait for over 45 minutes past my appointment time to take the test.The pharmacy is not well managed and I will not use it again.

I made appointment for RSV vaccine, when I arrived at the pharmacy, I was at first ignorant by pharmacy personnel. when I was finally waited on, the pharmacy personnel told me they were out of the RSV vaccine.

I travel for a living so I use multiple Walgreens across the USA. This location is the worst Walgreens ever. The people in the pharmacy are as lazy as can be. They don't want to do their jobs and try passing their job on to the cistomer

Latoya is the beauty consultant here, and she was so kind to me! I bought a couple bottles of sunscreen & she gave me a free gift bag full of samples of really great products. So friendly, and truly made my day with her kindness.

Impossible to speak to someone over the phone! It is very frustrating when you need to speak with the pharmacy and you can't reach out to anybody without waiting for 20 minutes everytime.

I dropped off a prescription at 1 pm was told it would be ready in 1 hour. When I returned nearly 3 hours later, I was told it would be ready in another hour and that I would receive a text. It's now 6 hours later and still no text, and they're closed. And this was not some simple refill; it was vital medication prescribed during an ER visit. Oh, and the hours are wrong on their website, too. God only knows if or when I'll get this medication.

Use any pharmacy except for Walgreens!!! Biggest **** show I’ve seen in a while!First off we’ve been waiting two days for a prescription we get Every month.Second they tell me it’ll be ready in 5-10 mins…. It was over 30 mins later.Third while I was waiting a lady came in for her scheduled shot and was told she’d have to reschedule (a third time!!!)… and here’s the reason she had to reschedule, which they didn’t admit to her. But the reason was because they allowed a couple who walked in (no appointment) to go and get theirs.Also as I was waiting another lady walked in after the lady WITH the appointment had left and they proceeded to accept her and give her her shot (with no appointment!!!)SMH!!!! No organization, no communication, poor customer service…. I could continue. I hope they can get their stuff together though…. Either way we’re changing pharmacies!
