The walgreens on whitehorse rd is the worst!! They have the longest wait time and they don't even know the medicines they are working with!! They r ridiculous in there!

The particular employee I had interacted with (nametag said Stacee) rolled her eyes the moment my partner and I walked into the store, with absolutely no greeting of any kind. Upon coming to the register with my purchase, Stacee scanned my items without acknowledging me, continuing to speak on the phone or a local communication device to someone else in the store, ignoring me so much to the point where a line built up behind me as I waited for her to complete her cashier action, allowing me to tap my phone for payment. Then handed me the receipt all while talking on the phone to someone else, no eye contact, no acknowledgement, absolutely nothing. This is passive aggressive rude behavior and to not be acknowledged even once by an employee that I have to interact with (as this location has no self service availablity) is enough for me to openly not recommend this location to anyone. Please review this employee and re-assess how you hire in the future as the customer service here is extremely below standard.

The customer service at this Walgreens is horrible. Sarah an older black lady needs to go back to customer service training. When my husband and I walked up to check out she was busy looking at a magazine, I greeted her (since she didn't greet us) and she didn't respond. Her vibe wasn't welcoming at all. It was our first and will be our last time coming to this Walgreens.

Longest wait in town by far. And they upcharged medication so much its sick. 260 is what they wanted for nausea medication with insurance for RX. Publix hooked me up for 27 bucks. Ill never spend a cent with Walgreens again.

Doesn't matter they should be fired today. This is going to cost Greenville millions of dollars. First car that gets hung up on this and causes someone to die. It for sure is a tie rod bender, great if you own a repair business. Bet they all jumping with joy at the help our tax dollars just gave them. Stupid idea and I can't understand how this just gets by. Nuff said.

The pharmacy was a life saver!!! It was 7pm when Walmart decided to tell me the antibiotic I needed THAT NIGHT was out of stock at all locations, after several phone calls and stress we call this Walgreens pharmacy and they had the antibiotic and called Walmart to pull the prescription they had it filled by 7:45!!!My ear infection was so bad I couldn’t hear anything so you can imagine the stress me and my husband had running around to find medication, thankfully Walgreens made it quick and easy and they were SO friendly.
