I scheduled an appointment for two vaccines this morning at 9:30. First of all it took forever for Amber to check me in (without hardly saying a word the whole time) and then I was told that they would be right with me and to have a seat. I waited for another 15 to 20 minutes and decided to just leave. I walked back up to the counter to tell Amber that I had a 10 am appointment and that it shouldn’t take this long to receive 2 shots; she just looked at me and didn’t even apologize. She needs to look for work elsewhere because it is very apparent she hates her job and people in general.The only saving grace was the young lady at the front. I almost waited to talk to the manager and was so put out that I told the young lady stocking the shelves and checking customers out that I was leaving this review and to please tell the manager. She apologized profusely and said she would. Thank you for being kind and respectful; Amber could take a lot away from you!

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had in a Walgreens in my life. Maya directed me exactly to where I needed something I was looking for and helped me at checkout too. She is absolutely amazing.

I was given a gift card purchased from this Walgreens. When I went to activate the card it had already been used. Someone here is committing gift card fraud. Do not purchase from here!

Went through the pharmacy drive through and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady with brown hair and nose piercing was more concerned with getting off in 3 mins then to help. It took 2 days to get pills which was also another issue. No time management skills for this location.

Garbage all over parking lot. Guess it's too much work to clean up trash? It legit looks like several bags of garbage were strewn about the front. The inside is just as bad. Floors haven't been swept or clean in what looks like weeks. Aisles and walls had dirt and stains from God knows what. Wash your hands after shopping here.

I placed 3 separate orders for Scott toilet paper and Scott paper towels because I had $30 in Walgreens cash but they will only allow you to use $10 at a time. The girl who I believe her name was Ashley cancelled 2 of my orders. She claims I tried to use two different accounts which I didn’t. I even called customer service to make sure I didn’t have 2 accounts and was told by two different ladies I only had 1 account. Then Ashley, with her smart attitude also informed me that there was a limit of 4 on the products yet online (where I ordered from) nor the sign in the store stated there was a limit. I did end up getting my 6 total but after Ashley made it very clear with her attitude that she won’t allow it again. There is a Walgreens on every corner and trust me I know the store managers gets sales bonus. I will be going back to my old store I used and give my money to them instead. The way Ashley decided to treat me was the end of using that store. My entire family stopped there but not any more. Do yourself a favor and if you plan on stopping by the Walgreens on the corner of parkinsmill rd and Lauren’s rd just keep on going to the next one. This way you won’t have to deal with attitudes and made up BS.

I called before making the 10-minute trip to see if they had an item. The lady I spoke with said "Yes, and we have them in stock." When I got there, there were none. The same lady told me that they did not carry that item. I showed her the empty shelf and the UPC code with description. She then scoffed at me when I caught her in the lie. I'm very disappointed.

That Walgreens location is the worst one I have shopped in. The staff and management team are very rude. The employee Ashley has a nasty attitude They know nothing about customer service. They need to shut it down or get a whole new staff.

This place has all the regular symptoms of a Walgreens. You know with it's photo center and cashier set up. What's pretty hype about this place is that it has a pretty great selection of shampoos and conditioners for a store its size. Hell, I can't even find a better selection at most grocery stores I go toThe pharmacy here is top notch. Great communication. Fast service. I just wish they didn't abuse their pharmacy workers like every other retail pharmacy place. Like a half hour lunch break bro, c'mon.And just so you Tums fiends know, they have them here in many varietals so go crazy, ya know what I'm saying. But yeah man, pretty empty store too ever with a million mugs always parked in the parking lot, so you can just go in and out like that.

Today was the worst I have ever experienced at Walmart. There are not cashiers at all.You have to do self check out which is terrible. I asked a helper to remove a item the cost more than I thought. It was not removed so my husband had to take me back so I could stand in line at Customer service to get my money back for that item.I don't think I will be returning to that Walmart.

Today I visited my local Walgreens12164 2008 Laurens Rd, Greenville, 29607Please address this complaintI went to Walgreens to print off some pictures, employee Elizabeth working at the register. I asked the employee if she could assist me, she immediately spoke very rudely to me and said that she was working alone and could not leave the register. Elizabeth showed complete bias by speaking politely to two other customers and by answering their questions but Elizabeth refused and spoke very rudely to me and did not answer any of my questions about my pictures.I told Elizabeth that I was a customer and that if she felt a certain way about certain people then maybe she shouldn't be there. Elizabeth doesn't represent Walgreens.
