An rx was called in for my 11year old for immediate usage. Received a notification as they were closing that it was finally ready. When I went to pick it up during open time, I was informed of the cost. I let the cashier know that my daughter was double insured. First she mentioned a different medicine that we were not picking up, then she said insurance didn't cover. I asked if she was sure and to double check the med she listed. I asked what it was for and she said she didn't know. Didn't bother to assist. I needed to pick up migraine meds and not nausea meds. I'll call the doctor tomorrow to switch pharmacies. You have lost 3 customers in one swoop. There's been too many mishaps to trust this place.

Pharmacy removes prescriptions that are delayed where it can't be seen on the app. Then they tell you that I must call everyday to see if the meds come in to get it filled. If it was called in a less than a week ago it should not be removed it should stay in queue to get filled when the meds come in. So if a new prescription comes in for someone else theirs would get filled before mine if I don't continue to call to see if it came in. A better system needs done. They are short staffed most of time yet they want remove prescriptions and cause more phone calls to check for meds. Doesn't make sense.

Helped me get the best prices when I just switched from CVS and they were extremely hospitable extremely I cannot suggest enough how extremely hospitable they were with prices they got me transferred over so good

I'm in here for meds way more often than I would like and probably more than most customers. The Drive thru saves time sometimes . You can have a long wait if there are more than 2 cars in line. The odd thing about this is if my order isn't ready, they will tell me to come back in x minutes but it seems that some people hand them a new prescription and it's a long wait but they aren't told to come back like I have been.I've never gotten the wrong Rx but I've wondered about a script on file because I've had trouble with refills now and then.I have the choice to go elsewhere but I'm pretty satisfied here and will stay with them.

Started going here to get my prescriptions because CVS pharmacy is so awful and rude, but then Walgreens took on other pharmacies’ clients and now they are so busy they mess up my refills and the wait is so long, just like CVS was. BUT, at least the staff is nice and friendly.
