The Asian Pharmacy Tech is very rude. This is my 2nd.time. dealing with this rude person. She said I didn't make an appointment with them for the updated Covid-19 vaccine. I had the confirmation email. She said I would have to go to another store. She said the confirmation didn't mean a thing. Will never use this Walgreens again.Again I stress that she is the very, very rude. She does not need to be working with the public. Rude, rude, rude, rude!!!!!

Will never use their pharmacy again. I had two prescriptions that wasn’t covered by insurance with them. Had to transfer to CVS. Cvs had to call them back twice once early afternoon second call late afternoon in order to get my prescription but they only sent one and you can’t use one without the other. I had to call them the next day and ask why they haven’t sent in my second prescription. Just awful and this prescription is very important to take which they knew. No regard for human life. Just trying to make extra money.

Got to my appointment for the vaccine 10 minutes early and it’s now 30 minutes past my appointment time snd I’m still waiting. The lady who gave me the vaccine wasn’t even the pharmacist she was a tech so that’s sketchy. The pharmacist guy just had his head in the computer the entire time. Heard him interacting with a customer, an older lady, and he was so rude.

I'm a flight attendant and am here on a layover. I wasn't feeling well and bought some over the counter covid test from the pharmacy. I did the test in the bathroom at this Walgreens and tested positive. I then showed it to the pharmacist and asked him to write a note for work of the test result. He refused and told me I had to make an appointment for the drive through test and that they take 24 hours for results and are booked for a week out. I again tried to explain to him that I was here on a layover for work. Clearly I don't have a car here nor can I wait a week for a 24 hour test. He was extremely rude and wasn't even wearing a mask.

Horrible. We scheduled a COVID vaccine on their garbage website. When we arrived the pharmacist tried to tell us that our 2nd dose date was the first dose date. She was incredibly rude and told us we would have to wait an hour and a half. Despite being shown the confirmation from the site and having the confirmation number, she told us we were out of luck. If you want to encourage people to get the vaccine don't have rude pharmacists who don't know how to work with people and crappy websites that don't work. We will go to CVS.

The pharmacy department here is awful. I had an appointment to get a vaccine. I was the first person there as well as being the first person for the appointment for that day. I waited almost an hour! There were about 7 people waiting behind me. The staff is super slow and they aren't the friendliest. The pharmacist did apologize and said she didn't realize so many people would schedule. Really strange. My husband had an appointment for a vaccine as well and he also waited almost an hour both times. This location is awful and I don't plan on coming back.

I went there to make a print off of my kindle(that I've done before with help needed) and there was no one in that area, a guy came to the area and dropped off a broom and kept it moving, so after sitting at the computer a bit longer,I went to the front to ask for help, she said "I'll get someone back there", on my way back a woman was waiting at the picture counter and I let her know someone was coming. It was that same guy from earlier, and I said "didn't you see me here earlier and you said nothing because I needed help and a cord" and he replied( who's name is Jonathan)"well this is self service and people bring their own cords", while slinging a cord to me that didn't fit, and I replied "that's why you ask do you need any help". Meanwhile the woman waiting at the counter eyes were stretched wide like I can't believe his behavior(we had our masks on) so we were eye talking, soon after that a very nice man named Michael came and asked "ma'am do you need any help?" and because of this kind gentleman the rating made it to 2 stars.Whatever store Jonathan works for needs to school him on his people skills with this kind of job. Usually the people here are nice, but it takes that one bad apple to mess up the bunch.

The asian pharmacy tech is very rude. She was very short with me and slamming things around. She was very condescending because I have “government issued” insurance and wouldn’t accept a coupon for the prescription. There are ways about saying things to people when delivering customer service even when you have to tell a customer something they don’t want to hear. But she definitely had great joy in telling me my coupon will not be accepted at Walgreens due to my insurance. Definitely shouldn’t be working with the public.

This was the last time I go to this place. The pharmacist Aaron is rude, condescending and comes across as a real j**** The lady who is usually there, middle age black lady is no better. Both of them need to find a line of work that suits their personality, in a cubicle without any interaction with people. I called and complained to the 800 number and was told the regional manager would return my call. The store manager ended up calling me to ask about the complaint. I explained the reason for my call, but he said he has not had anyone else complain about these 2 people, I find that hard to believe. If I get treated like this, and I am not one to make a scene then I know I cannot be the only one. I told the store manager that when I have pulled up to the window in the past and I see these 2 people working I will not stop, and will come back when they are not there. I realized at this point I do not have to put up with rude pharmacist or pharmacy employees I have many other pharmacies close by. I was discussing this with my wife, and my teenage daughter overheard us discussing this (my wife has had this same experience/treatment by these same 2 people) and her first question was if we were talking about the rude pharmacist at Walgreens, without knowing what or who we were talking about. There are probably 10 pharmacies within a few miles of this one, do yourselves a favor and go to one of them.

Rudest people. The pharmacy manager dude was zero help, unwilling to provide help and never smiled. Seemed like none of the pharmacy people want to be there. There was a mid age African American who worked there that was mono toned and seemed like she never wanted to help or wanted to be there. One time I went her and another employee with extremely long hairwere almost about to get into it while I was standing there waiting. They never seem to know what they're doing. I now go to CVS or Walgreens in roper mtn extension since much friendlier and willing to help.
