I was treated so rudely today. The cashier really got angry at me and raised his voice because I wouldn't give him even change. I gave him enough money but he wouldn't complete the transaction. Then he told me to calm down but I WASN'T angry I kept saying to him over and over I wasn't trying to be rude but he just kept insisting. I finally was able to complete my transaction by giving Jim 1$. Never coming to this one again.

Drove out of my way to go pick up an item locatives behind the pharmacy. Hours of operation posted o line aid the pharmacy was open till 10pm. But when I got there, learned it was 7 pm. Cashier said it had been that way for 1-2 months…. Please change the online times..

Everytime I get one particular employee at the pharmacy, I remember why I want to change pharmacies. She is rude and has an attitude, without fail, every visit. I need to make transfering my prescriptions to another pharmacy a high priority. I need to do so with the same emphasis this employee puts on making sure, You, The Customer, feels her attitude through her mic.

I’ve been using this pharmacy out of convenience for over three years now. It is by far the slowest pharmacy i’ve ever experienced. The pharmacists could care less if you’re sitting there waiting with a sick toddler running around the store.

I went today to bought a gift card and I needed my receipt , cashier did not give the receipt so I came back round 15 min after to ask for it and the cashier stated that she put the receipt inside the back which was not true . She started to act rude to me and said she could do nothing, she said she was the manager . this person has zero manners and I will never come back to this Walgreens , I have always stopped there because is the closest to home but with this type of "manager" I won't ever stop. Lady has white hair and looks like she does not even take a shower .

Rude staff that doesn't follow USPS passport photo requirements. Force you to remove new nose piercing even though USPS states "you can wear jewelry and keep on facial piercings as long as they do not hide your face." Horrible and painful experience.

Came in to drop a FedX package and was extremely impressed by the level of customer service. I only waited for a few minutes at the counter but in all fairness, the store was busy. I would definitely come back to this location if I’m in the area.

Wouldn’t do a return for a brand new item past 30 days. Another reason to lose more brick/mortar customers. Manager also looked very annoyed to help a new employee do the return.

Had the sweetest cashier I've ever had at any Walgreens. Long dirty blonde hair and exceptional with her customer service. I watched as she patiently helped the older woman in front of me with the card reader, and had a smile on her face the whole time. Please give this wonderful employee a raise!
