Woodruff Road is a huge hassle and the stores hours are limited. Other than that I had a great experience . Fiona the girl who was running the store was extremely helpful in helping me find the right shoes for me. Five stars for her! The selection was pretty good and overall going to the store is much better than dealing with the limited selection and the line behind you on the shoe truck.

I went in to get shoes for a new job where I needed specific shoes. The gentleman(Don) there showed me where they were and then went above and beyond to answer not only my basic question but explain everything about the shoe, the insoles, what the shoes actually did, helped explain the shape of the shoe and how they should fit, and helped me try on a few pairs. It was a nice store but it was Don who really made the experience easy and made the decision of the shoe a confident choice. Ask for Don!!!

If you click the website offered on google Maps, don't believe it, it's the website for the shoes only not the store you clicked on it for. It's misleading, because you clicked the website on Google maps for that store and it shows you how many they have on hand. Apparently on the website, where is that is beyond me and totally misleading. Rushed 38 min.s to get there just before they closed, need the shoes ASAP!!! Nope, it was the ppl's fault in the store per say, but VERY misleading and disappointing

I called before I came I told them it was 60 to 70 miles round-trip to come. The worker at the store told me that they had tons and tons of boots that were non-steel toe. I get there they literally had one small shelf that was mostly regular shoes not boots and he told me that that he could order anything that I wanted online. I told him that I had called before I came and he had told me they had tons of boats in store and he said that they were talking about online, but he definitely did not say online I reiterated twice just to make sure when I called. Really cannot stand for someone to lies and then wastes my time.

Great experience, the place was packed when I walked in, but I was helped within minutes. Both employees were doing their best to assist each customer. I dealt with Don, and he was beyond helpful and so informative. Really went beyond explaining what I really needed in a boot to fit my bad feet. Glad he was there, went thru several selections, but with Don's help I was able to get fitted into a great pair of Wolverine's that checked off every box. Still don't how he's able to help so many people at the same time and keep up with each customers needs. Glad I decided to go into this location off Woodruff Rd. The lady working with Don was also doing an impeccable job with customers, manager needs to take notice of these two competent hard workers. Thanks Don and Vulcan Boot Camp.

We have been dealing with Vulcan's Boot Camp for several years now. They provide our steel toe boots for our employee's. Mike and his team do an excellent job and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to everyone. M Miller

I found more shoes that I like here than at the regular shoe store. Great customer service; i felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. I recommend anyone looking for some good quality shoes/boots this is the place to go.

This is my first time ever needing safety shoes, wearing safety shoes, or honestly even looking at safety shoes. As soon as I entered the door, Don was at the register with a customer and immediately welcomed me in and stated he would be with me to help as soon as possible. After asking him to get a specific shoe size for me to try on, the business filled with more customers. Don went back and forth between each customer, went to the back for the size each customer needed, ran the register, and provided advice! I tried on both men and women shoes and he eagerly helped me with, at minimal, six pairs until I found the perfect fit. Don's customer service is a 14 out of 10. I was blown away at how helpful, eager, and sweet he was. I will definitely recommend this place from now on and let them know to ask for Don!!!
