Signed up online for Internet home to receive the promotional Xbox( or at least I thought). They sent out a Internet box that was still linked to a customers account. So I had to go to Verizon store to get a new box which took a two day ordeal because there servers were down. They ended up closing out my promotional account out that had the Xbox attached to it and create a new one that only offered the echo show 10 or Amazon gift card. Which when I asked the guy at the store he assured me I'd still get it. Here it is 5 months down the road to be told I can't get the Xbox. The people at the store were great; it's Verizon company as a whole I'm picking a bone with! Customer service gave me the run around and said I'd hear back from them in 6-8weeks and I had to call in to get the truth. Thanks for nothing!

Frick this place. They do not have a number to contact, and their tent fell on my vehicle and they just stood there and watched instead of helping even though it scratched my vehicle.

The service was unusually horrible today. Ask if you have an appointment and then act like it’s a huge inconvenience for them to make an appointment. The woman says there are two people ahead of you. The girl calls my name and she acts rude that she will be inconvenienced to do her job. I will probably go to this store again because it is convenient for me, but I hope it will be a better experience next time.

Had the nicest representative wait on me at Verizon. Janae was awesome! Answered all my questions and was very efficient. Not a big fan of Verizon Corporation but this was a nice experience at the local level.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Chasten. He stuck with me for 4 hours trying to get my Verizon business internet set up.Every time that we tried to verify my business information, Verizon's overseas "fraud prevention" centers kept dropping our calls and hanging up on us, forcing us to restart the process again and again.He patiently waited and helped us through the process for several hours, despite the incompetence of the Verizon overseas fraud department.His great attitude and positive energy made what would have been a really aggravating experience into an experience that wasn't that bad.Thanks for the help dude! You're the real MVP ?
