I wrote a great review of this store about a month ago because I thought they were really helpful. But what I have learned since then is they added charges that I did not agree to. The home Internet was not the plan I needed. Supposedly with a phone call today with Verizon all of my issues will be taken care of so I will stay with Verizon for now. But be very careful with these non-corporate Verizon stores.

Christiana was very sweet. She walked us through our first phone plan and helped us understand all our options and how to set up our account. The phones didn’t not take long activate and we will be back to upgrade our other phone. I highly recommend coming in and talking with Christiana.
