Pretty chill place to be honest. I bought a couple things my first time there and I plan to go back soon.

I understand store fronts are very different from buying online. Shop owners need to charge a bit more for other expenses. Unfortunately our multiple experiences (over 6 Shop visits) at this location over the last 2 years have been very negative. They're very over priced compared to other shops in the Gville area (ex Sole System, Piez, etc) and offer very low trade value even for DS item, For used items it's even lower, which again - is to be expected, however here it's seems to be exaggerated a bit. Parking is very hard as well due to location and parking on grass / broken gravel. Overpriced hype clothes and shoes isn't something new in the current shoe / fashion culture, but what really did it for us was the trade value given for DS (dead stock) and used items.

Bought an order through the NTWRK app via auction. They canceled the order with no explanation. I reached out by email (9/2/23) for an explanation and never heard back. They had a chance to put in a reserve price and chose not to. This was not a heat shoe any sense. Just seems like poor business decisions and poor customer service for not offering an explanation.

I’ve come to Varsity about 4 times now and every single time I’m met with a friendly hello and a wonderful layout of vintage clothing displayed and set up to my right while a wall of hype and street sneakers to my left. The staff are always walking around fixing up the store, taking pictures of the shoes for their Instagram, or at the desk doing inventory, they all seem busy and not sitting idle like other stores in the area and I like that.I had some questions about a pair of dunks or Yeezys and the staff came to me with answers for every question. The prices are also completely reasonable and fluctuate well with market, at most they may charge 20-35 dollars above market-ask but overall very reasonable.Shoes that are out on display are always swapped out every now and then which shows that Varsity moves shoes quickly but also stays up to date on new releases. These guys are amazing and I’m definitely going back to get another pair soon.

This store sells fakes ! please beware when buying.. they mix fake shoes with real. Honestly heard of this store through instagram, went in bought shoes, tried to sell them at sneakercon 2 months later & they were told 2/3 shoes were fake at the authcation boot. Its my fault for trusting them but highly suggest going to another store if your going to be spending lots of your hard earned money

Went in, had great customer service, and was offered to try on my shoe to confirm sizing. Left with a great deal on some Miami dunks! Recommend this store to all

Not sure of the reviews talking about fakes and unable to try shoes on are here…..The only ones not to be tried in are the “grails” that would be a $1000+ loss is some fool crested them. Everything else you were able to try on. Yeah a little taxing but not near the level as other stores. Max $10-$60 bucks above but you also don’t have to pay the authentication or shipping so it’s almost even. Nice store and will likely stop by every time I’m in town. Just copped UNC 4’s and was encouraged to try them on as well because they could tell I wasn’t sure on sizing, so kinda confused about the other reviews.

I recently bought my son a pair of shoes from here that was too small. The shoes were never worn and I returned them the very next day. I purchased them for $210 and the very next day I tried to switch out for a bigger size, they told me I could only return them for a value of $130. I would have to pay $80 more for one size up for the exact same shoe. Needless to say before purchasing them I asked the associate could I return them if they didn’t fit and she simply said yes for store credit. She did not say the value would go down upon returning or anything because if I would have known that before hand I would have waited to purchase them. This is very unprofessional and a rip off! I would definitely recommend going to an “authentic” store for example Champs, Foot Locker, etc. because this isn’t it. I would have never had this problem there… would have definitely been an easy swap.

Great spot nice selection, but all shrink wrapped shoes are UA Shoes that you yourself can order online for 50% - 75% of the cost. Hence that’s why you can’t try the shoes on in store. The shoes are great quality fakes ????????♂️Response - I don’t need a course on authenticity of my personal shoes nor do I purchase $800 shoes. The shoes I wanted to try on were $300 in which I still bought in fact I bought 3 pair. The fact is you’re selling great quality fakes claiming they’re 100% authentic.
