I never do reviews but on Monday of July 2024, I went to send a package that I resent with a product I bought, I printed the label at home, when it was my turn to see the older man in suspenders who apparently is racist towards people It doesn't seem like he's from the USA, he just told me no, without explaining why he couldn't take the package I wanted to send, he was stupid and rude, he just said next, and it's not the first time he's been rude, when he thinks people don't talk or understand English, he tells them hurtful things, and he doesn't want to treat them, he also doesn't treat anyone who isn't an older woman well, and he doesn't like her because, without further explanation, he has often treated me badly and I keep going there because there is more close to home, I pray every time I go that I don't find it, I don't know where to report it, I've had it like this for 3 years and it's very frustrating, why do they still have it there? If he is just rude and has no intention of helping anyone

Recently, I ordered blank checks from my bank to be delivered to my P.O. box. The tracking email showed that they had been delivered late afternoon on 2/13. I stopped by 3 times on 2/14 to check my box and again the morning of the 15th. They weren't there. I was very concerned that they had been placed in the wrong box and my bank account would be compromised. I went to the counter at the Berea post office and the young lady looked and looked, initially to no avail. After quite some time, she and another associate found that my package had slipped down in an area where it couldn't easily be seen. I was so relieved. I know with the volume of mail they get and the speed with which they have to work, items are going to get misplaced sometimes. I was so grateful that the young lady at the counter didn't give up. She kept at it, exhausting all possibilities until the package was found. She could have just given up and said, "oh well" but she didn't. I failed to get her name but I am very grateful!

Man, alot of negativity in reviews. I just had the pleasure of having Miss Lee wait on me. She was nice, freindly and efficient. Great experience.

As others have stated there is an older worker at this office who wears suspenders. This worker is hands down the rudest individual I've come across at any of the areas post offices. Whenever I see this individual I sigh because I know he won't just do his job and there will always be a reason he complains. Worst post office worker in Greenville.

Old guy at the counter is the rudest person I have ever come across and I never leave google reviews. If I were you, I’d save yourself from having a bad day and go to another usps. Never coming back

Worst PO in town. How are you going to lose a package that was tracked and then try to blame me? The employees are always rude and they only have 1 or 2 people working no matter how busy they are.

Could not get the additional 2P box open for packages. Had to call the Post Office in Berea. The voice mail is ridiculous, you go round and round in circles and can never get a human being.After 10 minutes or so of trying to get through, I finally got voice mail and left a message. Who knows if I will get a call back. Either way their phone system is terrible and needs to be made very user friendly so you can easily reach a human when you have to contact them in regards to a problem. This is what we get for our tax dollars. It should be the best contact system bar none.

Since moving to our property we’ve had ongoing issues w/delivery & mail is routinely returned to us “undeliverable”, sometimes months later even though everything is correct. The ladies are kind in the office; however, the manager is unattainable for problems. Ive tried for months to reach him. It’s sadly useless.

Anytime the *ss with the suspenders is working there is a problem. He is rude and always trying to make up excuses to why he can’t help you. If I could rate a 0 that’s what it would be. Worst post office in Greenville. STAY AWAY
