Unfortunately, I had to leave at least one star. I am attempting to obtain legal counsel to hold the employees of this office accountable for their mishandling of my package. This package was incredibly necessary and I nor the sender authorized a return. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and the absolute unprofessionalism at this post office. I was not impressed by the false lashes, nose rings, untucked shirts, and lack of desire to help me solve an issue that was entirely this post office's responsibility. I had a package that was listed as 'out for delivery' for four days. Eventually, it was marked as delayed. Today, it was marked as 'returned to sender'. I called the Customer Care number and spoke to a national representative who told me to go to this location and that the package should still be there for me to pick up. I went to this location and was told by three different people that they just couldn't help..'sorry'. When they went to view an image of the package, they said it was 'light' so they couldn't see what the issue was. They did not show me this image. They could not provide any reason for returning the package and apparently could no longer track it to locate the package and have it redelivered to me. I asked for reimbursement in the form of paid overnight shipping to have the items that I needed rush delivered and they gave me a phone number that does not work. This post office falls incredibly short of the expectations that should be upheld by a federal agency.

i live on frost street and i’ve had the same mailman for 5 years. jimmy was great! unfortunately he retired. i am not happy with my new mail carrier. she speeds down the road like she’s in a race and NEVER shuts my mailbox!!! i looked down the road the other day and two other mailboxes were left open. i really want this resolved!

These folks in 2024 know how to give efficient, super-friendly service. Each time I've been here the customer service has been so kind and helpful. Well done!

I am shocked at the low review ratings for this post office, however, most seem to be passport related. I have never needed passport assistance here, but I do use this location for all of my other USPS needs and I have found the staff to be EXTREMELY friendly, kind and supportive. They always seem to be well staffed (not understaffed as with other postal offices I’ve been to). They look at you when speaking to you, they ask if you need anything else, and they apologize if you’ve had to wait in a long line. One postal worker even re-wrote a note I had written on my package because he had to cover it with the postal sticker. Super customer service! Thank you postal workers!! You are under appreciated so I hope you get this message! Have a nice day and God bless!

We arrived a little early for our appointment time to get our children's passports and upon walking up to the passport area we were kindly greeted by name by the gentleman working at the passport desk. We started getting paperwork ready and he took my children back to get pictures even though it was still 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment time. The process was quick and efficient and he was very informative. I only wish I knew his name so I could him credit. I would highly recommend passport services at this location. Great job to the man who helped us with our passports.

this is the only post office i go to now.everyone is always so helpful and kind. it’s a nice change of pace from the other post offices i’ve been to.

I avoid this location at all costs. The people are not friendly at this location and it's a very old post office. I've been here a few times and it's never changed. The customer service that you want is not here.

Update your google listing to accurately reflect hours of operation. Not everyone gets Columbus Day off. Showing “open” when you’re not is false and leads to lots of wasted time. I’m sure your service is lovely but not when you’re on holiday. Enjoy your day off. Please fix the hours. Thanks!

I was supposed to have a package delivered by USPS, but they stated my address listed was "insufficient" and they sent my package back. I listed my full address, and double checked it, how was I able to get my mail but the address wasn't sufficient for a package that is a gift for someone? Very upset.
