Its mailing service, of course your going to get the worst people. Ive seen these guys probably over 8 times within 2 months. Guys are always nice, answer my small questions and get what I need picked up or shipped out.

Package needed for work. Sent on 6/18 PM Express 1 Day. Out for delivery at 6/20 at 7:27am. Meeting tomorrow. Package NEVER DELIVERED! DONE using USPS! Why is the service so UNRELIABLE!!! All the time!

This is the worst USPS hope they close it down like they are closing down so many of their facilities the customer service here sucks the management sucks especially for rural carriers she is very disrespectful and can't even speak English well and is a liar. Gave complaints about my mail still being delivered to my old address and she was very rude and disrespectful so I called and report them. Like I said this is the WOSRT USPS!!!

This post office has been the worse experience I have ever had. They stopped delivering my mail a month ago, saying my house was abandoned and the mail was overflowing. Our carrier, Shaquala, is a vindictive liar. To her, 6 pieces of mail was overflowing. Even after getting the issue fixed once, she decided to report the house as vacant AGAIN! This is harassment, and should lead to her expulsion from employment.Her manager, who I haven't gotten the name of, is just as bad. She continues to insist our house is vacant, despite it being our primary residence, despite animals being there that clearly need to be cared for, and despite the fact I have told her multiple times it is not vacant. She refuses to talk to me, and simply hangs up as I tell her the house isn't vacant and I need my mail delivered. I've already had one medical bill sent to collections because these people refuse to deliver my mail.Dereliction of duty is grounds for being fired. I hope this post office does the right thing, and gets rid of these terrible, terrible people.

The postal worker that delivers in Arcadia Hills has to be the laziness person to work for the postal service. They're always leaving a note for certificated mail but never attempt to bring it to my door.

Good afternoon, my people, I am very upset with this office. Here I tell you, I renewed my passport through an office called opapeleo based in Washington, DC. The process took 5 long months. The office agreed with me and sent me my passport with priority and certificate, which I also paid to trust that the delivery would be faster and with due care, rest assured that they sent me a tracking # and the delivery was scheduled for December 14, 2023, well after the 14th the tracking tells me that The package was delivered, which until today has not reached my hands, after a few days I contacted someone from the office and they told me that they are doing everything possible to get my passport to appear and nothing, after several days of trying they did not resolve the case and nowadays he doesn't answer his phone, well my people a total waste of time and money, frustrating what I'm going through plus the fear that someone has my personal identification

This has to be the worst post office in the area. Maybe they under staff. Drop off box be packed to the max. A car could easily reach in and take what they like. Sometimes my packages don't get scan until 2 days later. Which let me know they don't scan nothing here. I drive out the way to mauldin before stopping here. I come here when I really have to and always remind me why I hate coming here. ?
