NEVER under ANY circumstances drop off in the blue bins. The amount of mail this PO loses from them is insane. I don't even like dropping off inside either because they still somehow manage to lose that mail too. Not as frequent as the outside ones, but still to often for my liking. I now have to drive out of my way to a new PO in order to ensure my mail doesn't get lost.

Last week on Saturday I went at 10:10 - 10 minutes after opening- to put a letter however there was no one there, there was a sign saying: I will be back soon. I waited for 28 minutes until a black obese middle aged women. She didn’t even say " I’m sorry “ she just said without looking at me “ next “ ! VERY RUDE! BTW, Nothing white in me except for my teeth

I have been calling all day long, since this USPS branch opened this morning. It's almost 4pm now, and I have still not been able to get anyone on the phone. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service.
