My experience was great. Ms. Smith, who was training was awesome! Very personable, and efficient. See her as Post Master General some day! Lost a star on no bubble packaging at all.

This post office in particular is terribly run. There is always a line of customers out the door in the afternoon and one or AT MOST two staff members covering the counter. Wait times/turn-around times are always excessively long. If staff members want to take lunch, have other staff members fill in. Why does admin believe this is okay?

Please get in touch with me urgently. Today, your delivery person made a discriminatory statement directed at my wife, which is completely unacceptable. Saying "have a blessed day!" and then adding "or not" after realizing the person does not share the same religious beliefs with you is disgraceful.

Absolute worst experience(s). I’ve ever had at any post office business. Save yourself the trouble and DON’T visit this location. Workers are friendly, EXCEPT for the lady who usually runs the terminal on left hand side. She is completely hostile, and because of how she treated me yesterday I REFUSE to visit here ever again.She had the nerve to tell me how she’s in a rush therefore not having time to explain something with thorough detail. AFTER I had waited 45 minutes (atleast) to mail off 4 letters. Thanks for the beautiful thursday, Lady.

Rudest staff I have encountered in a long time. Lazy, rude, and not concerned at all about keeping passport appointments. Wasted a whole afternoon with 3 small children to for them to decide “we are too short staffed today”

Having continued problems with my mail showing up in my neighbors mailboxes and my neighbors mail showing up in my mailbox. I have complained but this problem has not been corrected.

They misdelivered a package of mine containing a Christmas present this week. It was marked as delivered but wasn't in my mailbox (likely it was placed in a different apartment's mailbox). This has happened to two different packages for my address in the last two weeks! It's whoever is delivering on Saturdays, as both missing packages were out for delivery on Saturdays. I have filed multiple reports for this missing one but since it is marked as delivered, I doubt there is anything that I can do but wait and hope that whoever received it in my neighborhood brings it to my apartment. Someone (I'm assuming a neighbor) did drop off our first package about 5 days after tracking indicated delivered).I can't reorder the gift because it was handmade by an artist and one of a kind. According to the main office at the apartment complex, there has been a lot of misdelivered mail recently since we have a new worker delivering. It's really unacceptable that packages are being delivered to the wrong addresses. I received a response that was very apologetic, but didn't indicate any next steps to take or even if they needed a response from me. My package was insured so it would be nice to know if they were going to reimburse or not.The former person delivering the mail was great, so this is even more frustrating. I know the post office is overworked and that this is a problem because they underhired for holiday season per orders from the top, but my spouse has mail order prescriptions and if those get misdelivered, that would be very bad.
