Y'all this man is amazing! I came in with my phone screen completely broke and within 10 mins my phone was brand new with all my important stuff on my phone that I needed without this man I would have lost so many photos and etc especially my followers. I would 100% recommend Ike.

Has experience doesn’t mind taking the time to explain the exact issue and does very good work would definitely recommend for your phone repairs only reasonable priced place I called everyone else was at least $60-80 higher also phone looks brand new again. Screen would not even light up before also will allow you to decide if you want oem factory parts or aftermarket doesn’t just add what he wants 10/10

Stopped by the store with a technical problem. Ike was very welcoming and immediately went to work assessing the problem. In short order he effected the necessary solution and refused any payment. I am exceedingly pleased

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m shopping around today looking to get my sons phone fixed. I call this place and a man answers says his name is Ike. I ask him if I can get a quote to fix a phone screen. He asks me what kind of phone it is. I tell him an iPhone 11. He pauses, then says, “have you called here before?” I tell him no and ask if he can tell me the price of the repair. He then says “I have a person that’s been calling for the past few days with the same question about an iPhone 11” he then hangs up. I called back a couple of times thinking, perhaps we just got disconnected. To no avail no one ever answered again. That is the worst customer service and way to gain business I have ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate…I’m in complete shock!

Ike is amazing!! We had a scanner in our warehouse that had a broken screen and needed repair. I called another place before reaching out to Usedcellphoneparts & Repair and they flat out told me, they didn't have the part and it was very hard to find. I'm so glad I reached out to Ike because he took the time to listen, did research and was able to find a replacement screen online. He always communicated with me about the shipping times/turnover and his pricing is extremely fair. I am so happy to support this small business and highly recommend their services to anyone. 10/10 experience.
