I can't recommend this pharmacy enough! They've been incredibly helpful in getting me affordable medications, which has made a huge difference for me. Miranda, the pharmacist, is amazing—she's knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients… Although I do miss the previous pharmacist Michael. Five stars all the way!

I absolutely love the staff at this pharmacy, they are always kind and respectful to me, they fill ur script pretty fast, way better than the hospital pharmacy in my opinion, they remember me everytime and LGBTQ friendly!!! Huge bonus!!!

When i call they truly act like your a bother,I dont get it,I call a few days before to get my ducks in a row because I have to drive very far,they give a great discount, I couldn't afford my medicine if I didn't get it from upstate pharmacy,I feel like they treat you less than especially on the phone

He tells me that I don't have refills for my medication, I need my insulin to control my diabetes. I honestly believe all these doctor and pharmacy chains are quackery.

Unknown closure for lunch from 12:30 - 1:30 with no posting aside from a sign which was turn backwards to indicate they would be returning at 1:30

I use this pharmacy's mail order service. They tell me there are no more refills on my meds when my meds clearly say there are. This prompts a call to my doctor's office to request a refill, making the meds late. Also, twice now, they have not mailed my prescriptions, but left them to be picked up, and then returned to stock when they were not picked up. I have received the automated calls to come pick up my meds, and call to ask about this,qpp only to be told, "oh, that's just the computer. Don't worry about it." How can I "not worry about it" when these medications are very important to me?!?! How about your staff pay attention to what they are doing and get it right!! I'm sure I'm not the only person that gets their prescriptions mailed to them.

This is the worst pharmacy in the upstate. I would never in a million years use them myself but my fiance has to use them. I have NEVER been there to pick up something for him when there wasn't some kind of issue. Either they said it was ready and it wasn't. Or they can't find it. Or they give you something that you didn't ask to be filled and it's not time for a refill. Or they are supposed to be back from lunch at 1:30 and they stroll up at 2 like it's nothing. This place should be shut down. It's beyond pathetic .... I wish I could add a photo but once again, I'm leaving with nothing just to drive another hour round trip because they are incompetent!

Roommate had surgery here beside the $50.000 dollar bed he laid in its was ruff he told me got cut from top of belly to bottom of belly 350 staples. it was a bad surgery needles in fingers for blood not good on him hes diabetic need iv to withdraw blood instead of needles in finger sticks all the time your in the hospital. God bless & heal all who stay in the hospital.

When you try to call in to check on a percription no one will answer the phone they let the phone ring and hardly ever answer it how is people suppose to no when there medicine is ready.

I would suggest including the fax number to the automated message with pharmacy hours and location.
