This pharmacy is awful . For it to be a Prisma Health I would expect better. You will never get a call to inform that your prescription is ready for pick up . They refuse to call the ordering doctor or you to let you know if the medication isn't available . Went 2 day waiting for a call on a medication and when I went up to the pharmacy I was told that the medication wasn't available and may take up to week to get it . I ask the rep did you inform my doctor so that he could order a different medication? THE ANSWER WAS NO . Did you call a different Upstate ?THE ANSWER WAS NO .DID YOU CALL ME?THE ANSWER WAS NO . I had to call Upstate@ pate wood and request that they transfer my medication on day 3. Walgreen and Sam's at least calls you ,so that you can call your doctor . Awful services will no longer be my pharmacy .

worst pharmacy I have ever been to. With the exception of a few, the pharmacists are rude. Don't waste your time.

Family member needed to start an important medication that they were prescribed on a Friday at 4:30pm. We knew the pharmacy closed at 5. We both got off work early and got to the pharmacy at 4:56. Doors were already closed and lights turned off. Could not be more upset that this pharmacy couldn’t be bothered to stay open four more minutes. Would NOT trust this pharmacy with important medications. You may be out of luck for the entire weekend.

The pharmacist at the IMA pharmacy talk to everybody by name. They take the time to explain every thing to you. When there is a pharmacy on every corner, it the people that make the difference. It people like Rachel that make Upstate pharmacy a great company.
