I went there to make copies of two documents that I have in my usb drive. I went traight to the printer and select files to print, checked all the settings, and the lady in the counter stop me to print. Come back from his station remove the USB drive with a bad actitud and said that she will print the files from her computer. Then, open the files from her computer and sent it to print in the same printer I was standing. Then, to make it worse, charged me for processing my files to print. Her actitud was awful and arrogant, that without mentioning that there wasn't any signs that said that they have to process all the printing. What a bad business? Today 8/28/2024 at 5:30pm

I am shipping something for my business almost daily at this store. I want to shout out Sam for his amazing customer service. He is the most friendly person and has such a great attitude every single day. When I am walking up to the store and see he is working, it’s always a sigh of relief. Not only is he joyful every day, but he is the fastest and most efficient at getting me out the door. Today I observed as he was helping a gentleman in front of me. The patience that Sam had for this man was amazing, and it just reminded me I wanted to take the time to give this feedback about him.

Went in with a real estate closing packet, label prepaid, because they were out of envelopes that come with the label, they asked that I pay extra... Ridiculous and bad business practice. If you're out of the envelope that comes with my label, at that point, you owe me a credit for the envelope that I should have gotten not extra because you failed to count inventory or order the appropriate number of envelopes for your level of incoming traffic. Unbelievable...

I’m sure these people are sick of me because I come in here all the time with Amazon returns, but I just wanted to write a review because the man that’s always working ( I don’t know his name) is literally the definition of amazing customer service. Y’all have to know who I’m talking about because it’s obvious. He is always there. And non stop smiling, laughing and overly friendly, bubbly and happy to be working every single solitary time and it always makes my day better. Thank you. ?
