No way to contact, lol up orders or see where things are at. It's been twenty days so far and no weird on where things are at. Don't use any company that uses this.

This is absolutely the worst delivery service on the planet and we have no control over it. I don't know how they stay in business. Once they get hold of your package you can forget it! My package was delivered to their facility in Butner NC. It remained there for 5 days. After sitting there for 5 days there was an update stating it departed the Butner facility on its way to the USPS. That was 3 days ago. It still hasn't arrived at the USPS!!Butner is 3 hours from my residence. There must be hundreds of USPS facilities between Butner and my residence.I could have rode a bicycle from there to here in less time.If you're ordering from eBay, be sure to ask or find out what shipping service they use. If it says UPS, then it's more likely to actually be UPS Mail Innovations which equates to "Wait forever to get your package"I can't believe they are actually still in business and making a profit. The CEO and shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank.This company is a joke. Avoid all sellers on eBay that use this service.If you actually receive your item, it's going to take a ridiculous amount of time, but chances are greater that you won't get it at all!!!

Mail innovations was engaged to deliver an order from Shutterfly. The order was prepared timely but the pickup has been delayed by so many days that the delivery date is far beyond the window promised. I will never order from Shutterfly again but it seems to be mail innovations problem. Beware.
