Slow and incompetent. I've been going here for years and it's steadily gotten worse. Now every time I'm here they act like they don't know how to use the POS and there's a problem with trying to ship something. Most recently they fully screwed up a return with Happy Returns and sent me away to figure out how to fix it on my own.
